i just recieved this call saying the same thing and when i tryed to call the number they dont answer.. Ron cooper im going to call the FBI to see ehat can be done.

I Get these calls on a dailey basis, saying the same thing. Criminal charges blah blah blah... But now this Ron cooper told me he was going to come and rape and kill me. So i called the police. I dont know what will happen

They are calling my job, telling me that they are going to get me fired, and that they are coming to rape and kill me and kill my whole family. WTF is wrong with these people.

Yes i have een getting many calls like this. This is the fist one they have used threats of arrest to try to get illegal money out of me. One of the others was a lady saying she was from the governments grant department and that they needed my authorization to wire 7000 to my bank account in 40 minutes. I knew it was a scam for 2 reasons, her thick indian accent and the fact that our goverment can't do ANYTHING in 40 minutes, 40 days ... Maybe. It is all because I inquired about a payday loan online. DO NOT DO THIS. All the online payday loans are scams, they just take your info and give it out to tons of other people. I had to freeze my credit score and 2 bank accounts since all this crap started. Low life scum bags trying to steal from me, I was doing this to try to GET money to help me out, I'm a retired disabled veteran and they are trying to defraud me, they need to be taken out in the alley behind their little call studio and shot in the head.

A man, identifing himself as Alan Smith, called and left a message on my phone. I called him back because they said if I didnt return their call shortly they would (could not understand what they said they would do). They said the matter was time sensative. So I called them back, they knew my old place of work, and my social security number. They told me if I did not handle this matter by tommorow they would send someone to my place of buisness to take care of me. Since this sounded outlandish to me and very threatening I asked them where I worked, they did not know my current job and therefore I knew they didn't know what they were talking about.  I don't know who what company they work for. I told him to not call me and not threaten me, then my dad took my phone and told him the same thing. Then I blocked his number. Who is this man, why is he calling me?

These messages are not legit. I would recommend reporting it to your states attorney general and your local police. That's what I did when they kept harrasing me at work and on my cell phone. I ended up changing my numbers and that still didn't stop them. I was told it is almost impossible to identify or locate these people but if everyone reports it maybe they can be stopped.

I agree. No one should give in to their demands. I threaten back and then hang up. Eventually they stopped calling but not after I changed my cell phone numbers.

I just returned a phone call to this 9146127261 and the man had a deep indian voice and he told me the same thing that he was going to have me arrested at my work on Monday. And he told me if I paid 500.oo right now over the phone then everything would be resolved. He said his name was alex cruz. When I said I couldn't pay right now he hung up. I am so scared cuz I have a 5 month old little girl and if go to jail my little girl will be put in the system cuz there is no one to take care of her if I'm gone. How do we get help about this man calling us?

have been receiving calls from this number at work, home. and cell phone for the past four days. man with a thick middle eastern accent saying that if my attorney of record or myself do not return his call immediately that he can only wish me luck on what is about to unfold. hopefully someone can trace him down and lawenforcement can put him away for good.

I get a phone call this morning from this guy then had to call ronnie cooper @ 914-612-7261. Bottom line is Charges were being threatened due to an unpaid Payday loan. They had all kinds of  personal information. I could resolve the matter under three comditions, which 2 of them I can't remember. The one I do remember is that I had to go to my nearest Wal-Mart, get a prepaid card with the amount of $500.00, and then give him the card info. Keep in mind that the condition of all this was I could't even get off of the phone with him. Tis was about one of the most dumbest scams I have ever heard of. I did some extensive research on this topic. I have some information that might be useful to someone else. I will describe as a list below. Oh, I seen that some of you mentioned you were going to contact the FBI, however I did no see that any of you actually did. It happens that I did and all they did was refer me to a message hotline! I have waited all day for a callback and still nothing! Info below!

This brings up all kinds of details (including phone provider) Which I contacted them and they are unaware of the number, so that was a dead end. It also provided me with the coordinates (Latitude: 41.0 Longitude: -73.69). I researched this with this site -- http://stevemorse.org/jcal/latlon.php -- and came up with this address ---> 27 Mt Holly Dr, Rye, NY 10580. If you do a reverse address on this address it belongs to Frank A Longo. 27 Mount Holly Dr. (914) 921-3090. As you can see all that work to locate the address and it leads back to a different number....   =/    
That sucks, well I do what I could for us ALL! P.S. I will still try to pursue this matter with the FBI though. Unfortunatley, you probably will not hear from me again because I just happened to stumble across this site. I inquired about a check loan and that's when i started receiving phone calls from on Saturday. I called him back every time i ask him something he hangs up.

I also received a call from this number telling me that I have 3 criminal court charges pending that I should get me a lawyer or attend the consequences  this guy had a strong Jamaican or mid eastern accent I ask him a couple of question and he told me that he can not disclose information about the case to no one...
is my case and he call me I at least should know what is it about....

I got a call from that Mark guy this morning. He was telling me a lawsuit was filed against me. But when I asked who filed the lawsuit. He ignored me and started talking. So I interrupted him again and asked who filed a lawsuit. He said I can not give you that information. I told him that since I can not have that information then he not getting $hit from me. I hung up in his face and programmed the number in my phone so that when he calls again (which he did) it will go right to voicemail. So if he threatens me all the calls will be recorded. I have worked for a payday loan company and I know that they can garnish your wages and that's it. Criminal charges no they can not do. But this company can get in trouble for the threats and everything else. So if he wants to call and threaten me. Then I want him to bring it! Because I will sue their ass. He messed with the wrong one today.

I received a call from on 3 lines same phone number at the same time. Two on my work line, one on my cell phone. The man had a thick middle eastern accent and asked me for my attorneys information because I have a law suit with three criminal charges pressed on my name and social security number.  I asked what it was about and he said he did not have that information I was to contact John Anderson at the same number that they called from 914-612-7261. The man said it was very imprortant I call John Anderson back right then.  I did not.  Three minutes later the same man called me back and asked if I called.  I told him no I was at work and do not call me there again, I would call when I had time. He insisted that it was very important and frankly just wouldn't shut up.  I hung up on him.  Called that number back and the mail box was full.  This is a scam, I have reported it to the FTC.  Just hang up on this man if you answer the phone to him.

A Ronnie Cooper called my job and stated i was in Violation Of Federal Banking, Check Fraud and that they were going to send the sheriff to serve a warrant on my job. The calls come from Port Chester, New York. Why can't the phone companies stop these people. My bank don't have a clue and they will not pay them and I did not give my information to them.

I have also received a call from this number.  I have changed my phone number and I I am in the process of doing a fraud protection.  They had all my personal information.  What a mess.

I got a call from this guy today also. Making the same threats. He called himself Alex Rodiguez. Told me to call this number back to speak to the lawyer to find out what I was being charged with. I called the number... it was the same number. He answered. Acted like he was some guy named Ron. Threatened me and called out my personal info. Told me a sheriff would be at my house tomorrow. Then I found the number listed on this site. What a freaking jerk. He's called my house 10 times today. He answers the phone like its his home... hello? Told me he was from the federal bureau of customer relations. There is no such bureau.
