Yes, he's calling again.  I too filed a complaint since I'm on the Do Not Call REgistry..  I am just about ready to do a "Call Curtis" complaint;, since I have a home business and the annoying calls interrupt my business.  Anyone else interested in a "Media Complaint"  Let's get the bad publicity out there for Ray's Carpet Cleaning business and maybe he'll get the message.

There should be a law against harrassing calls like this - who in their right mind would want to do business with them?  I have called 234-9398 and only get a voicemail.  Someone will eventually call back to make the appt. so I asked them on several occasions to remove my name from the calling list.  They said they would but it would take several weeks -  it has been several MONTHS now and I am still getting these calls.
I have reported them to BBB but to no avail...I cannot believe this man cannot be traced!  What if he were a murderer?  I bet they would get him then!!

Robocall nightmare

I have asked repeatedly for this man to stop harassing our home with his obnoxious phone calls.  He will not stop.  Please do something!!!!!

I was actually stupid enough to set an appointment! When nobody showed up in my two hour window I called and left a message. I left another one once they were 45 minutes late. Then I started researching and found all of these complaints! Boy do I feel dumb! A person from "dispatch" called back and I didn't even let them speak...I said cancel my appointment. They sounded a little concerned and then hung up. Their number was 916-412-7146. THEN I got a call from 702-327-1980. It was the guy who's voice is on the telemarketing messages and the voicemail at the 916-234-9398 number. He was NOT happy! He rudely asked me why I cancelled. I told him it was because they were over an hour late AND that I did some research and they're a big scam.  He proceeded to say, "You're full of [***] lady! We have business in three [***] countries! You're a God damn idiot!" Then the coward hung up.

this creep calls several times per week.  i called the  number and left a message asking they not call again.  the calls persist.  someone should stop this creep once and for all.

I too left a message for them to stop calling me.  Now his number comes up PRIVATE CALLER!  The nerve of this guy.  I wish we could all track him down in person!  He deserves everything he has coming to him and then some!  What a jerk!

FWIW, the address given of 1721 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822-4236 is a home, not a business. Likely a "contractor" of the Las Vegas scammer, but it's worth putting pressure on everyone involved.

well the calls have started again. I got the first call this morning at about 830. So people listen up.  To get at kevin calvin who is inturn jeff harris and also uses ray s carpet cleaning. All are under the cleaning experts.
The robo calls that are made are so annoying.  I have tried to contact the gov  dnc list and that doesnt work . What can be done .  Lets make appointments and get a price and say thanks need 2 more bids. No matter what say good bye. I have done it before and found out that the tech only makes money from doing work and uses his own equiptment,gas and chemicals.  So your wasting that techs time and money. So if we waste enough of their time and money. Maybe people wont work for him  and the calls will stop. The last guy that showed up at my house had two black guys with him and they all looked spun out.  I wonder what would have been stolen out of my house if I turned my back on them money jewlery and pain pills come to mind. So when you make your appointment be home be polite and then say NO THANK YOU!!!!!

The Sacramento BBB has given this slim bag a "D" rating which is way better than he deserves!!!

Repeated calls from this number even though I have repeated asked to be put on do not call list.

This guy "Ray" won't stop calling!  I blocked the number but now the caller ID says "Private Caller."  I have a business and cannot ignore Private Caller calls.  I am on the Do not call list and have reported the calls.  I have pressed "2" to be taken off the calling list.  I have left messages to take me off the calling list.  

What is my recourse?

I can and will provide everything I know about this man.
I met "Kevin" at a dog park a bit ago and had begun dating him. So I decided to google him to see what I could learn about the guy I seemed to like hanging out with, etc. and came across this website. I read all of our complaints and was mortified. He not only told me about the many automated telephone lines he had going making cold calls and how he ignored the DNC list laughing about it, he asked me to drive to his office where they were located to help him move them to a new location. I didn't!
I've also come across several pieces of jewelry both men's and women's in very odd places (ie: coat pockets in the summer, really?) I am pretty sure they do not belong to him.
Also many other illegal business and personal practices.
AND NO, I am no longer going to see him! I won;t bore you with my "Kevin" experience nor tell you my opinion of him but I will say there comes a time in all of our lives we reap what we sew. For me, he is blocked from calling, texting but is trying to contact me by any means possible. I'm told he is "so upset" and "can't live without me".  well, bla bla bla * say, who wants people such as Kevin Casey, Jeff Harris, Ray... who ever he is in their lies, not me!
So, FIRE ONE!!!!

I actually witnessed the lies of this SNOWED in person...the truth here is, my friend, who incidentally is a hard working, go out of his way for you, trustworthy man..actually met this Snowed nutcase in a parking lot where she was soliciting anyone or thing, and had a dead battery and my friend gave her a jump and a few dollars for her to eat on, he then gave her his number and simply said that if you need another jump and your near here call me and I will come out and jump your car...she called within an hour and asked him out and he declined...a couple of days later I witnessed this Snowed go off in a crazed frenzy when my friend would not go out with her and actually had to tell her off in hopes to get her to leave him alone..she then proceeded with "out of this world" threats and accusations that only Alice from Wonderland could have made Heads or Tails of...my friend does advertising for Independent Contractors..He follows the DNC guidelines..scrubs his lists, removes numbers manually, as well as automatically, and is in a constant battle to take consumers complaints personally and agreeably to their satisfaction, I also see his repetitious battle go on and on because people are on more than one list..and I also witness that his advertising supports many FAMILIES that would not be able to Survive without his, "no fee up front subcontracting" that he offers..this is America, and here is a person that takes a BAD RAP from s few who have nothing better to do than Rag a person who provides jobs for Americans, and offers services  on a Professional Level to consumers..he actually does not employ anyone..and have I ever seen him make lite of any regulations or laws.NEVER..Jewelry..? From what I UNDERSTAND, SNOWED WAS CAUGHT TRYING TO STEAL HIS !!..Upset over her...lolol..hell he had to RUN from this Psycho for fear of what she was capable of and dangerous..This Snowed actually believes that her mother and sister tried to kill her recently and was taken to a hospital that was staffed by overall dressed nurses and doctors that are also in on it and was taken to a Hospital that doesnt exist...So you tell me who's the loon ?

Here's an idea...since no one seems able to shut this a**hole down, maybe we should just go after his carrier (the business that manages the 916-234 exchange), "O1 Communications, Inc." The CEO's name is Brad Jenkins. Their company address is O1 Communications, 5190 Golden Foothill Parkway, El Dorado Hills, California 95762. Phone number is 888-444-1111. Each time you get a call from "Ray" (or any other name at the same Carpet cleaning company), send an invoice for one hour of your time, at your professional rate, due in 30 days, to O1 Communications. Address it to Mr. Jenkins. If they fail to pay, send them another, with another hour of your time billed. Eventually, they'll get so bombarded by these, that they'll have no choice but to shut that a**hole down.
