This cell belongs to Dean Kelly aka Dk Colvin aka De aka Dane aka Tay aka whatever stupid name he can come up with. He is a has been model, almost 40 years old, obviously won't be modeling again and hasn't for years. He lives with his momma in NOLA and flies to Miami, Los Angeles and NYC to pull scams on brainless girls. Don't fall for it. He is a fake and a poser. He doesn't have modeling or acting connections at all and he has written on this site with fake names to act like he's a scout, agent , etc., none of which is true. Google dean kelly smu model scam and you'll see. Once he gets your number he won't stop texting/calling. He is really a stalker!

Dean Kelly is a creep and a stalker who will call and text you at all hours of the day and night if he has your number. He is not a model scout or a promoter or a photographer, and has absolutely zero connections. He is well known in Miami, NY, LA, and New Orleans for his sick scams. Just google his name and you will find tons of info on what a fraud he is and all find all of his other aliases. He also will pose as other people to defend himself on these threads...so beware that anything positive is most definitely written by Dean himself! I see he's even being proactive now and starting the treads himself, so laughable. He also has to change and use multiple numbers a lot because girls catch on to him and write "false internet hate" - right Dean? See complaints/google 310-310-1310 and 917-428-2917 for proof!

I met this guy at a club, he found out I just started and pounced.  He has tried to get me to fly all over the U.S. with him, he gave me his web site "daxphoto.com" which is a scam too, says nothing about him(no name or anything).  He told me he "felt sorry for me I was stuck in this rut and he wanted to help me get out of it!"  First of all I am not in a rut, I am in school full time and make all A's.  I obviously have something going for me.  I could tell he is very good at talking around important quetions to aviod answering them. He wants me to fly out, "to check out what he does and how everything works on the set." He "just sees something special in me and knows I could do so much more with my life."  He has wanted to put me in the Kings of Leon video, Eminem, and other stuff.  But he can't give me any info on his company, models he has worked for, agencies he works with, nothing!  I have no knew nick names to add to the list.  All of the above are correct!  I have been trying to google his name for a month and found nothing, them I remember seeing something on Dateline about a guy that is most wanted for this so I googled modeling scams, I still haven't found that episode?  I am scared. . . .

wow!! so this guy really is for real! he came up to me and my friend at a bar in LC, LA last week asking us to be in the kings of leon video next weekend in New Orleans. we all thought it was a little random because no one famous ever really comes to our city. He gave me his number and walked off all confident saying i had really nice eyes. After he left the bar he texted me wanting to meet up..and of course having a very cute and flirty "tourist" asking to hang out i said ok. So i went to meet him down the road but i had a guy friend stay on the phone with me until i met up with "Dan Ellis Klein". when i got there he told me to go sit in his car with him and i said no, but he kept insisting, and i kept saying no why can't we just talk outside the cars or whatever. And he got mad and left!! After he left he kept texting me saying how stupid and young and how much of an idiot i was for wasting his time! i told him off and didnt think i'd talk to him again. but that weekend he wanted me to go meet him at the LSU game and to just make a weekend trip with him to NOLA. i told him no. now he keeps sending me email's telling me to send him pics as if for a modeling thing or something. everything yal have said above is true about him in NY LA NOLA and Miami. and i actually will be in new orleans this coming weekend which is when he claimed the kings of leon video would be, so im kinda afraid to bump into him on bourbon or somewhere cuz he wanted to meet up this weekend.. The number he's using is 1-310-948-1007. That night we met he had a blackberry he got my number on, but 20min later i saw him with an Iphone..not too sure what that was about. He said the blackberry 310# was a company phone and i and i had tried calling him that night but it would go straight to a girl's voicemail..kinda weird. Just heads up girls for when you go out! he's a very good looking and flirty guy, any girl would want to talk to him, but now that this has happened, i'm def gonna be a lot more careful when i go out!!

I was contacted by Dann Ellis ia facebook for a shoot in New Orleans yesterday.  I was first contacted by KrissySummer on model mayhem who was asking for my cell and facebook id.  I was uneasy about giving my cell # out so I googled KrissySummer model mayhem scam.  No hits.  Then when he contacted me, I thought it would be ok.  I am glad I googled Dann Ellis before I went.  I am not going now.  Research ladies!  Though I always travel with a male escort, I could have been put in a bad situation.

If anyone is a member of modelmayhem, please give the mods a clue that this guy is not only stalking everyone using various cells including 917-862-0300, but that he is now feverishly "shopping" on modelmayhem for girls. I checked "Krissy Summer"'s profile, clearly Dean Kelly using stolen pics. He has already been kicked off that site more than once for the exact same behavior. His comments to models using this current Krissy alias are "classic Dean"--Howdy beautiful, what's up, can you travel, when can you get to Miami, etc. etc, nauseatingly etc. If anyone has a profile on there please notify the mods of his appearance ONCE AGAIN as a woman........geeeezzzzz.

He also poses as women on sites like facebook and even address complaints on websites like this, but he does it by pretending to be a female model and one of his 'success stories.' anything positive you read about him has been posted by him pretending to be someone else. BEWARE

The above comment titled "Stef, I just ran into the notorious dean" is very obviously written by Dean Kelly himself. The website he noted is an entertainment/news website which he frequently says is his own--absolutely not true, the website is run by professionals, is legit of course and has nothing to do with anyone named Dean Kelly. Research this website and you will see why they use the name. Just an unfortunate coincidence for this company that they chose this business name. There is only ONE Dean Kelly who is a pervert, con artist, criminal and that is the person being cited on all of the caller identification sites as well as ripoff and scam sites. No need to go through all the confirmed information about this jerk. No one needs to "team up and finish him off" as Dean put it in his fake message. He has destroyed any credibility he pretended to have and is quickly ruining any future redemption he may have had possible.
