Don't mistake the length in time to report the incident with credibility. The details regarding what constitutes rapes are VERY hush hush.  Had this girl understood, she would have reported much earlier. Also, it is very difficult and SCARY to report something like this. Until it happens to you, shut the heck up.  He legitimately raped that girl. Unfortunately she didn't understand that fact until the police told her.

2.    FAKE press passes
3.    FAKE references
4.    FAKE names

6.    and endless different phone numbers
in attempts to have sex with young women. Dean has even gotten other 7. naïve young girls or boys to convince his victims that he means them no harm. If Dean actually succeeded in getting these women to go to his home on false pretenses he immediately started serving them alcoholic beverages (some beverages are thought to have been spiked with numerous date rape drugs or sedatives) and began the process of having sexual intercourse with them. Dean has done this even too girls he KNEW were underage and in some cases unconscious from the large amounts of drugs, alcohol, and god knows what else to them. He tells these young women he is10-15 years younger than he really is, and sweet talks them far enough to get them alone and away from the crowd. In every attempt the law enforcement has made to arrest Dean Kelly for any of the following crimes, Kelly was able to bail himself out of prison. The source behind this bond money are his parents who now reside in Mississippi probably due to the embarrassment of their son.
There are so many blogs and girls complaining on the internet about Dean, now is your chance to actually do something about it. Dean Kelly was arrested on February 8 for a rape in New Orleans. He has since been bailed out of jail for $35,000 paid by his parents. The New Orleans police have not given up on putting Dean away for life. Louisiana is not the only State Dean has committed crimes in. Detective Merrick’s is currently working on Dean’s case in New Orleans but need more victims to come forward in order to build a stronger case. The funny part is that Dean has done this to SO MANY women – he does not even know who filed the most recent rape claims in February.

Just to let you all know Dean Kelly has been arrested in New Orleans for rape...and hopefully he will not be released anytime soon!

He was released on $120,000 property bond paid by his parents. His next court date on these rape charges will be in April.

I'm a student a Tulane University, and a few weeks ago TU Police Department issued a mass email to all students warning that Kelly/Durden/Whoever was in the area and soliciting females at the local campus bars, offering them compensation - sporting tickets, movie set access, etc - for sexual favors and nude photographs.

A few days later they sent out another email, saying NOPD had issued a warrant for his arrest, and that he was subsequently arrested for alleged sexual assault.

Hopefully this will end the madness

02.27.2011: I met this guy in the grocery store where he told me that he had 2 mardi gras ball tickets that he couldn't use and were available for me and a friend.. i gave him a number to contact me by. he facebooked me under the name "Tles Durden" and immediately deleted the account thereafter. he continuously texted me asking me "are you adventurous," and asking me on dates.  I then saw him at a local bar where he acted like the biggest creep ive ever met in my life.  i bid him goodbye and when he hugged me he pulled my hair from behind .. i ran away.
a week later, a friend of a friend met the same man in the same grocery store.. we put two and two together and figured out his real name .. mother was right: don't ever give your number to a stranger !!!

Dean Kelly arrested AGAIN yesterday, March 18th, for forcible rape. Bond is set at $150,000. Currently at this moment still being held in jail. Tick tock tick tock.

I have been raped before and I assure you, NOONE had to let me know I have been raped. I don't know the circumstances around what this guy did, but one thing I do know for sure, if this girl had to be told by the NOPD she had been raped, the she wasn't raped. So what you are saying is she was coached into saying she was raped. This guy being charged with forcible rape and the girl did not even know she was raped. C'mon that's ridiculous. The only other thing I could think of is if she said no but he kept persisting and then she finally gave in. That would be considered rape, right? I'm pretty sure that is but it definitely is forcible rape(punishable by 40 years in prison).

I've been knowing dean for about 11 yrs. I met him on bourbon St. In new Orleans with 2 of my gf's. He invited us to many parties many nights in nola and we never felt disrespected or scammed. Today some man called me claiming to be representing a modeling agency. It was a agency I had never heard of before. He claimed that the agency he works for has a magazine called Tiny Tots and asked would I be comfortable posing in tights shirts and pants. Right away I began to feel uncomfortable but I stayed on the phone second guessing myself as we women usually do and the questions got more weird. He asked me very personal questions like what was my bra size and what did I think was my greatest feature. He would laugh this uncomfortable laugh after most everything he said. I asked him how he got my number and he said someone referred me but when I asked who he said he didn't know, that I just came across his database. He sounded very unprofessional like he was some dude calling from his basement. I didn't give him any personal information and when I asked for his name he gave me a different name and hung up. I feel so violated. Why didn't I just hang up immediately. I feel so stupid. God please stop this man in Jesus name I ask you.
