I pay a doctors bill to them once a month.... they made the bill that I pay once a month fit into my budget...

The # (918) 592-2420 is a collection agency and they will harass to no end.

these people are calling me at my work and now asking to speak to my boss.

Well.  St. John's screwed up and says I shouldn't be contacted yet the organization continues to call.  St. John's says the "pulled back" the account.  It seems St. John didn't credit all the insurance payments and adjustments, etc.  In fact in auding my account they had to repay me $36.48.  Yet the collection calls continue.  S
ounds like incompetence.  I sent letter and documentation and still they appear clueless and call.

Received letters from insurance how much was paid to hospital already,in full,nothing else owed, then, received letters from hospital stating I owed more after 2 months....? wtf ?. Started receiving letters from & calls from Works & Lint.......now received a letter that they are recommending I be sued to the hospital. Insurance says paid.......hospital says need more..........working lint says sue........go figure, I dont have the $$ to fight this.

good medical help is hard to come by without insurance, i paid cash at the time of visit with 135.00.  the dr or nurse never gave me any answers or the results of urine test or cat scan (i didnt ask for a cat scan, told them couldnt afford but they insisted and made me think it was the only way they could see what was wrong with me)  i never got the results of urine or cat scan, never was told what was wrong with me and i got very ill from the medicine they prescribed me, when i called them they just told me to stop taking it.  i was told the dr would get back with me and he didnt.  i had kidney stones i passed with no pain meds or antibiotic.  never thought u could be sued for services u never got.  i had to go to emergancy room and got treated for my pain and stones.

If you're legitimately Works & Lentz, that kinda language is unprofessional and makes you look like some kinda sham debt collector.

You might be a "legal law office", but the lack of proper punctuation is the real crime.  Do employers not look for an attention to detail, anymore?

They're suing me for an unpaid medical bill. I think this is ridiculous though. I had an emergency appendectomy in May of 2009, the original bill was for 26,000 dollars but now I'm being sued for about two grand. I do not understand how they can buy your debt for pennies on the dollar and expect to get paid. They paid your debt and now want to be able to collect for paying for your debt out of the kindness of their hearts.

Also invoke your 7th amendment right, and get a Jury Trial.

said if i dont make payment, they would cancel the court date.  I made payment, and asked them to cancel the court.  The said it would be taken care of.  
A month later, they went to court, and added 658 dollars in their attorneys fees, and 233 dollars in court costs.  I wasnt there because they were not suppose to go to court.  Lying [***]........
somethings real fishy. Wonder if  they paid themselves 300 dollar an hour attorney fees.......

These works & lentz people are IDIOTS!

As a collection agency they don’t have a clue as to how to do their job.  

They’ve been calling my phone off & on looking for someone that has never at anytime had anything to do with me going on SIX YEARS, now. SIX YEARS, PEOPLE!!!! SIX YEARS!!! They’ve been calling my number looking for someone I don’t know anything about.  

I’ve spoken with them at different times ever since I received my phone number for my new address six years ago.  They still call looking for the person despite me correcting them.  You’d think that given the information that the person is not associated with my phone number they’d had written it down somewhere and logged it as the wrong number.  Duh!

But, NO! The IDIOTS still call it looking for them.  I gave up answering their calls to tell them again that they got the wrong number.  The last time I spoke with one of their people was to yell at them for being so stupid as to not realize their mistake.    

Even if this person they’re looking for to collect on once upon a time had the very same phone number as I…then after six years of failed calls…you'd think they’d be able to make the connection that it’s an invalid number for the person.  But, NO! They still call.  

Even if this person they’re looking for continues to use an old phone number (now mine) as bogus information to acquire more debt why don’t the collection agents know it’s not the person’s real number?  They’re too stupid to figure it out…after SIX YEARS!!! That’s why.

my hospital bill is 1,490.41 cents.  They say i owe them 2500...........WTF.........

Wilton Works found out a long time ago how to make a lot of money for very little work by making a deal with just about every hospital & health care system in the state, soooo Wilton showed some others how to work to manipulate the system and so the beat goes on.......They don't care if you have an illness even if it's terminal, but think about this friends.... It's the hospitals that turn the accounts over to these people, the ones who take an oath, the ones who say if you can't pay right now we will take care of you. Hospitals are big business these days and guess what people, they could really care less about you! So the oath went out the window & Sister Martha or the other head Nuns it seems are only interested money.

The only advice I can give anyone that goes to a hospital or clinic in Oklahoma is to make sure you find out what your insurance will pay, the $7 hr receptionist at the doc's office will tell you what the bill is going to be but she is oh so wrong! Anyway if you have a bill from a hospital, clinic or any other health care provider, pay them, all it takes is $5 amonth & they can't turn your account over to dear old Wilton's name sake because....... they have to prove you have not paid a dime on the account. And remember send a check or money order where it can be tracked.
Oh and don't forget they get to charge interest on your unpaid balance, which I know the state senate is going to be hearing a lot about these tactics in the near future, hopefully it will be abolished along with some of the other tactics they use.

They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  So if they don't do as you ask, or as they have agreed, turn in a complaint! That will make them take notice!!!!!

With this law firm in the news now it may be time to try and figure out where to point the finger. We are looking at a chance to stop this practice. We know they are all connected Ive been listening and reading and go to court may 1 to get set up on paying court cost lawyer fees and such. I am the type to take the risk and pay more than to let this keep going on to more people. I have wrote Tulsa World 2 news and the different associations they are involved with. If you wanna ride out lets go.

Went over to pay them at the Tulsa Ok office and gave them the money i owed and a lady came in and was still a [***] and got an attitude with me and my husband like she was on some power trip because she works at a collection office.Someone needs to drive down there and drive into there parking garage and blow it up and they have no security we just walked in they have other offices including a bank inside and would be so easy for a terroist to blow up that building thats the targets they need to look for. This place has little to no security ok calling all terrorists to hit all these buildings with parking garages and lack of security.

Forget the airports and high profile places like NY and LA and hit places like buildings in parts of the country where no one would expect that have parking garages and no security.
