Yes I have chatting with this same person, felt something wasn't right.Believe there were more than one person involved in the chats, reasoning is alot of questions didn.t get answered. Also not enough concern about relative matters if one wants a real relationship.Told me Daytona, Florida sales manager in Maysa. also was coming home soon.Very attractive,1 photo with brown lap, another glasses,6 total, gave me the same number to call.I didn,t but next day needed $800 for rent.I didn't send it,let her know I knew what she was doing.I went back to match.com,found 3 ads gone, believe them all to be partners in the crime.helenmax38@yahoo.com same for 1/10/2012-----1/14/2012 Same story from Spain

a yahoo user is trying to send you a text message, when it arrives, select reply to continue the conversation. since I was talking to this person online I knew he had sent it. what he said was Goodnight honey and have a wonderful sound sleep..love you so much. this man name is said to be Richie. Richie Whitee@yahoo.com.also known as Richie Churchill live in Sylmar California but cannot find any listing for this person, However have reasons to believe his name is Richard White. found his email address on  romancescam. says he believes in God and Spirtual..would not let me see him on video cam, or would not let me hear his voice on the phone. he did not ask me for anything because I think he knows I was on to him..

I fooled Helen Maxwell replies to Fugimo
Same I had a contact from her also but she was from Canada and wanted a relationship, she also stated that she was in Malaysia buying antiques, but that changed to an inheritance and needed an account in my state (Australia), I thought it was a scam but played along.  Yes it seemed that it was several different people as she first said that she lived in Sydney (New South Wales) and then I asked her were did she live in Melbourne (Victoria) she gave me an address of Parliament Place which wasn't a house but an office building. One of the scammers uses Baby a lot and the other one Dear. She starts off about needing an account to deposit an inheritance but that changes to needing money to pay her lawyer and apartment and also a rental car so that she can move and be with you.  It starts off as $600 but then that grew to $3000 and then $5000.  Same I didn't pay her but I told her that I transferred $7000 into her account and all she wanted was the receipts, she also wanted me to transfer more money using Western Union. She will promise the world but will deliver nothing.

I met this girl on the dating site badoo, and she tried to make me believe that she was looking for a serious relationship, the pictures seemed real, but i didn't fall for it, because she kept on saying that she wanted a man that was willing to marry her and that she was in Nigeria getting an inheritance from her late father. I played along, but it seemed fishy from the beginning. She texted me from this number after i gave her my cel. She was texting from a yahoo account by the name of newearth55, on my phone this number appeared. She kept on saying that i was the right man for her, after only one day of texting!!!! I just kept playing along, i knew something was wrong, and... Voila!!! She said she wanted to ask me for something that made her feel uncomfortable, so i ask her what she needed and she said that she needed $180 for food and stuff. I told her I was on my way to send the money right away, and that I needed her info. She gave me the following:
    Karen Gibson
12 Jimoh Avenue, Ajuwon, Ogun State, Nigeria, 23401
I told her I was on my way to western union, but before, i wanted to ask her if she really thought i was going to fall for that, that I knew about these scams!!! and that she didn't have to worry about her info, because it was going to be safe at the police station. She got angry and replied F**k, I told her that she was right she got F***ed!!!!

    NOT naiive!!!!

this scammer showed up on match.com (they don't do background checks, obviously) he posted a fake photo and profile then e-mailed me and sent me all the flowery, romantic e-mails, in what was definitely broken english. He told me he was from Italy and had moved to America and had a daughter who's mom died of breast cancer. He told me he was on a business trip in Africa and was an antiques gold trader (ha!) and he gave me a phone number I could reach him @ his hotel in Africa. I thank God not being naiive was quite leary of this so called match, so looked up the hotel number via internet and it was prefix to Nigeria (sound familiar?) he also gave me his personal cell number, which I also looked up and that number was traced to Miami Florida. I asked him why that was and he couldn't explain himself. He asked my last name & my home address which again I would NOT give him. These people prey on the lonely, the vulnerable, the elderly, anyone they can. It's scary and very sad, had I let it go on, I'm sure it would have gotten to the "give me money" part but I didn't. I did give him a mailing address though to the local police dept!! HA HA! people don't be pulled in to their sick, greedy games. Beware and never let the saying "it's too good to be true" leave your thoughts! Because in this case that's exactly what it is!
