wow, identical situation here and again VIA Match.com.  This time it was a "Tom Hennessey" and he utilized that identical phone number.  HE DID ask me for money to help him get his "business" merchandise from India back to the US.  "A loan" to be repaid early next week!  RIGHT!  Obviously that ended that.  But it is sad and sours you on online meeting. I will also report him to Match.com

I've been talking to this guy from a dating site.  now says he is in Ganna and needs me to send computer and phone.   Total scam.  Although i am a little afraid of him.  I think he just wants money.

I put a resume up on massreps.com. So far this is the fifth person trying to get me to chat on yahoo and do a so- called interview. The first time though I was skeptical, I was motivated enough to have a job that I cautiously tried it. I was correct that it was a scam. This is the first text I have gotten but the others had rocketmail and yahoo accounts. There are many job boards with postings for data entry which these people operate under. And yes they are Nigerians from the way they cannot get the syntax of conversation down, and from the one who actually did call me judging by his voice.This time they texted me at 10 p.m. wanting me to "immediately" get on yahoo so we could proceed with the interview "this morning". I will be pulling my info off massreps.com.

"diana festus" is the name that appears in my text msgs. at one point the person wanted $1500 to cover a cancer biopsy that the hospital would not cover. at first friendly then became aggressive in receiving the money. BEWARE of this one, not too sure what of make of it. but i did not play into it, only giving resources to gather the money needed for said operation, nor did i give her the money. i can only assume that she's a female because her text reads as "diana festus." she would not give me her location, hat hospital the operation was to be performed at, etc...

Beware: Just received a text from this number saying "dnymellonhiringdesk:Good morning." then another text with my real full name saying "dnymellonhiringdesk: I am Mrs Larry Wolker the hiring manager of DNY Mellon Company, resume has been reviewed to how company by jobsexcite.com, you are selected to have an online interviewwich will be conducted by Mrs. Larry Wolker" I replied with STOP. This was about fifteen minutes ago and haven't received anything more yet. I googled and could not find any records of a DNY Mellon Company. Reading other posts I am certain this is a scam.

Somebody named " Jar loves horses" from this number sent me 4 text messages. Asking me if I get txt messages as he sends from his computer. Just weird!!!

While looking for a rental house Craigslist, I had been replying to email regarding a house for rent.  Then I receive a phone call from the owner calling me at 5:00 a.m. I told him he had a wrong number.  I had a difficult time understanding what he was saying and then I received text saying he was calling about the rental house.  I told him I was sleeping and to call back later.  He must be calling from a totally different time zone.

I have this website called Badoo.com texting my cell phone and it needs to stop! I looked at my phone one day and I had a message from badoo it said you have a message follow this link to read it. and now they have been texting my phone for 3 months. How can I get them to stop. they say install an app for them to stop but i do not own a smart phone so i can not download the app. how do they stop?
