I don't know who this is calling, but please refrain from calling my cell phone. I have a home phone. You can call it.

I want to report these persons for several times calling me . they call me twice a day.I don'y have any debts.

It's a collector from gemoney. Late on one payment and they harass you to be on time for the next one. Gone r the days of not calling until u miss 2 or 3 payments. Just fffffing ridiculous.

It uses an autodialer for debt collection, however as a consumer debt collector, they are allowed to call a debtor at home using this device, but in violation of the law if the device is used when making a collection call to a cellphone belonging to the debtor or any third party, or making a call to any telephone number not belonging to the debtor (as in my case), unless the debt collector has the prior written consent of the recipient. (Other calls using artificial or prerecorded voice messages, including those that do not use autodialers, may not be made to home phone numbers, with a few exceptions such as an emergency, having a prior relation and for noncommercial purposes.)
An autodialer is a computer with software that automatically dials numbers from a list or sequentially.  When someone answers the phone and speaks, the computer immediately delivers the call to a collector in a call center. If all of the collectors are on calls, the call terminates or asks the person to wait.
If you are getting calls several times a day on your cellphone, save any messages left on your phone and ask your carrier for an itemized bill that will list the calls.  You can file a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls. they keep calling me and say the call is for someone I do not know.  It is automated and I have no way to tell them it's a wrong number.  I am getting at least 2 - 6 calls a day 7 days a week from this number.

GE is now Synchrony Bank. They called today but didn't leave a message. I looked up the number and realized that we have a Banana Republic card and a Living Spaces account that are both owned by Synchrony. The system was not able to verify my info and they transferred me to a call center in India. They were able to confirm that my accounts are current but they are looking for the person who had my phone number before I did. The connection was really poor and it was hard to hear, but the employee was very pleasant and said he will take care of removing my phone number from the other person's account so I will stop getting her collection calls.

Someone from this number keeps calling me and tonight I answered it and it a recording from some bank to call them .. yea like that's going happen.  If it was soooo important there would have been someone on the phone note a recording

GE Moneybank was also GE Capital and now they're something like Sychronicity Bank.  For me, they're the ones who handle my Cost Plus stores account (where I am behind on my payments). But yep.  They hardly ever leave a message or it's so vague, I'm told that someone is calling on an urgent business matter and then dead air.  

These people won't stop calling me they call everyday day it's annoying

Message ask with automation that it has matched my bill to my phone number , then when transferred to a real person they act like they can not hear you , I have re-called them twice , it is some bank I know nothing of nor do I have an account with ??? use caution answering this caller, sounds like a scam to me , hoping to reach an older user and trying to get some payment , I have never heard of this bank, nor do I have any credit cards from them . Also violation of the do not call list !

i'm getting calls from this collection company and i don't even work, I've been disable for more than 28 years. They call me every other day and week ends too. i'm tired of this company calling me and want them to stop!! interrupting my sleep.

This number has been calling me for the last 5 days and I don't know anything about it,all my bills a up to date.Not telling ME what type of bill it is.I'am ALSO on the DO NOT CALL LIST ON my cell phone,so it's NOT working.They need to STOP calling me,unless they can leave a message.

In a span of 3 weeks, this number called a total of 59 times! Abusive without a doubt.
