I have been getting a call from this number every hour on the hour for 2 days. If I answer all I get is silence or a message asking me to hold. They then ask for someone named Richard in broken English. When I say that I'm not Richard they hang up. I've told them to stop calling me and they haven't stopped.

Really?  Try to have some understanding... I hope you have learned to see the world in all shades, not just black and white since 2008.  And God forbid you have experienced any financial hardships. Love the world

I get calls from this # day and night on both my cell phone and land line.  Usually no one on the line, once a man who could hardly speak English asked for someone I do not know.  When I asked for a supervisor, he hung up

i overpay each month and they still want more!

I have been getting about 4 calls a day from this number I never answer calls from numbers I don't know but I wish they would give up

This phone number calls me multiple times daily.  Please stop!  I believe it is a credit card offer which I have declined in the past.
