Local number left no message

Phone harassment. Called the number back and heard the message that it is a non working number. I even dialed the 941 area code, same deal. Caller said nothing. Quite a gig, getting paid to harass and annoy people. What comes around goes around.

Caller ID stated Venice FL.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  Since caller did not leave a message I have blocked the number

Collection agency using a VIOP number produced by GOOGLE. HARASSMENT!!!  Called 4 times in one day! Asked for someone who has not been here for 20+ years!! RUDE!  And the FCC says it can not track this call, but they know who hacked the DNC?

Received another call from these cowardly predators using the name "Alternative Energy Solutions". Robocall with pause and click over after two greetings. Said her name was Gloribel, who didn't know the company headquarters address or the address she was calling from. This Florida tele-scammer didn't even know if she or company had a telemarketing license. They have called as "AGES" "America's Green Energy Source" before.
