Calls, but leaves no message. I have caller ID, so looked up & saw who it is. I've only had this number a few months (unpublished), so I assume it's for whoever had it before me.

Called stated that my husband had a bad debt.  Wanted his date of birth. I declined and he said Ok and hung up

I am having the same problems as those on this board...a robocall if I am Kathy(?) Jacobson(?)
They don't identify themselves on my cell phone.  I'm a male !  I sent a complaint to the U.S Govt.

this people call me continusly

This is a bill collection agency that all they know how to do is harrass you. I recognized the number and told them this was a private cell number for a law firm and to take it off the list.

We get multiple calls a day and like you have all said it is just a recording. What has REALLY pissed me off is now they are calling my mother-in-law's house. I have no idea how they could get that number I never gave it to anyone. Like others have said about having a blocked phone doesn't happen

I  think you work for Gulf Coast Collection Agency and just want to verify caller names and numbers thru this internet site.

This company buys debts from other companies, so it is possible that they bought a Sallie Mae debt & the calls are saying it is in reference to Sallie Mae...OR a lot of debt collection companies use essentially the same dialing software. It is annoying to get an automated call that tells you to wait for a human...unless I KNOW who is calling me & they have a legitimate reason to talk to me, I don't tolerate automated calls.

Called asking for my 8 year old son concerning an important medical matter! Had to speak to him! LMAO! Would only identify himself as Phil...no company name given! I called the number back to get a recording that states "Thank you for calling Gulf Coast, this is an attempt to collect a debt" Didn't know my 8 year old had any debt as of yet!  Calling a  lawyer and filing a complaint!
