im getting this same call saying his name is james white, peter gobblins from number 951-389-0292, 916740-8880, 619863328,4153296010 and many more

I have recived a call from  (915)389-0292 this morning being notified I was being sued for a payday loan I never got wonder scratch that people this number is very much a scam and its fraud they represent real company's but have no real connection with the please do not send anything to these people they should be considered paper terrorists...... 7-28-2012

I know how he gets phone numbers, You guys have failed to say that you applied for a payday loan and that is how he gets your information. first hundreds of loan companies call or email. and these people are posing as loan companies to get your info. every one that called sounded like the same person african or something. one called said he would help me pay back my loan that i never even got. so do not applyfor a loan

Thank you whocallsme.com. When I saw what was posted about this number, I placed a call to the FTC and put a fraud alert on my credit at the suggestion of the FTC.  An alert can be placed at https://www.alerts.equifax.com/ or (800)525-6285.  I hope the that the FBI unfolds on this guy.

I got a call from this number and saying it's IRS, a law suit has been filed against and arrest warrant is issued.  It's a scam call.
