I received a call from Maurice Kennedy from PMR Gifts.  He indicated to me that I had won a gifts from PMR Gifts company.  I was pretty much believe him until I googled and found the information regarding this company...This is a timeshare company looking for people who has a good income...

I don't know if I would call it a scam...but it's definitely a timeshare presentation they'd like to pitch you!!! I made the mistake of giving out a family member's phone number, so be careful....

Call from 951 9055387 displayed on phone as "Great America N" gal's name was Dana, claiming my husband and/or spouse had entered a contest at the Topanga Mall on 11/15. This is all BS; we don't live or shop there and certainly did not enter any constest. Please don't buy the snake oil they are selling people, SCAM

Is this a for sure thing or is this a scam.

They keep calling and calling and won't stop.

I used to work for PMR in Orange County... I can assure you it's not a scam, but it is a time share company wanting you to sit through a presentation and try to get you to buy. The items promised over the telephone are given to you at the end of the presentation whether or not you purchase the timeshare.
For the reps to say you have won a car is wrong! And for all the people filling out the slips at the mall to win a car... think twice before doing so - IT'S ALWAYS A TIMESHARE COMPANY LOOKING FOR LEADS. They are persistent because they are paid bonuses on how many people they can book per week.
Also, ask to be put on their DNC (do not call) list. Your entry form is supposed to be trashed and your telephone number is entered into their blocking system so other reps cannot call.

I received call from 1-951-905-5387 y /day and t/day. Call from Catherine and she informed that I have won A car worth for  Usd 100,000 and we are among 10 persons who has been selected. We were asked to visit to a given address in Encino for a prize draw. She said that she will send E-mail giving us full details  and later her superviser Kris called and said that we are not eligible as our income is not sufficient to qualify for the draw. It looks a fraud for us

the number was 9519055387..They said i entered a drawing that I didn't enter.. Oh and I won!!! one of 5 gifts( what ever) it was a timeshare for a place in Las Vages...  I just kept laughing at the guy the more he tried to tell me I won.. Sorry to old to fall for that hun I told him been there done that bought the T-Shirt.

I got the same call from Deloris @ the Gift Center from 619-858-3120 this past Monday (a Holiday) and told her I didn't have time to talk.  She said she would call back and leave a message which she did.  I finally was able to listen to the message last night and decided to call back today to see what "I Won" which I was told was a car or 100,000 bucks plus the additional prize of a 2 night stay in Vegas, bla, bla, bla, or Catalina Island.  I was transferred to x57 and didn't leave a message however I was called right back.  I didn't answer but Deloris left another message saying that she was returning my call and that she didn't know my last name.  I don't think that I will be calling them back after reading all the posts on here.  PS - I was told that I had signed up at FishFest.

Just received a call from 951-905-5387. A woman named Dana called me and told me that I entered a contest at the AV Mall. She said that I won something. I have to pick from either a car, cash or an all expense paid vacation for two. I was quite skeptical but i allowed her to continue. She also said that I must bring my husband to get my prize and that they had babysitters if I needed one. Her name was Dana and it sound like I was the hundredth person she gave that spill to. Honestly if someone was giving away a car would they do it in a more officially way rather then a "telemarketer" type call. I know its a scam to reel you in to purchase something but why start with lie? Just tell me what your selling and maybe I will or will not buy it!

Me too. Got that call from Maurice. I was listening because I know my husband had entered at Fair. My own history from signing entry forms already knew it was some kinda presentation. Car & money will not be awarded but the tickets for travel & a stay in a timeshare will be given for sure. NO THANKS!!! I can't take that trip.

Hmmm Sooo I guess im one of those dumb people and made an appt for Sat. So is it worth going????

Just got a call from these Pacific Monarch group claiming i won a prize for filling out one of those forms a while ago at a mall i barely remembered. Good thing i check online about this though.

Igot a call from 951-905-5387 named Peggy, she informed me of choosing as a winner (I've filled out a form in Topanga mall) and now I should choose a ticket and after scratching either I win $100000 or a choice of 5 gifts, I told her I am not interested in time-sharing and she said u'll have your prize anyway and there is no oblige to be interested in time-sharing, now I dont know what to do ???please give me some advice my app is on Fri. . . .

A lady called my house at 11:00am and left a message stating that I won a prize after filling out some form at an AMC theater.  The last time I went to a theater it was to see Magic Mike, and it was not an AMC theater, it was an Edwards theater, and before then it was 2 or so years that I went to a movie.

Brenda Reynolds called claiming she represented Diamond Resorts International.  She knew both my husband and my names and called my cell phone to say they had an exciting deal for us.  When I returned her call at 888-342-7935, I got a recording and no way to leave a message, or to use Brenda's extension #62.  It's a puzzle and a huge waste of valuable time!
