That same # showed up on my credit card statement and it was associated with my BitDefender anti-virus which was up for renewal. They did send me a reminder email before they billed, so it's legit.

It was a charge for Trend Micro anti-virus software on an "automatic renewal" plan, which I don't recall requesting.  I did get a reminder email, but was unable to cancel the order via the Trend Micro site.  Called the 952- number (9am CT), and after being on hold for about 5 minutes, the problem was quickly resolved:  a refund was promised, and automatic renewal was cancelled.

I had this software several years ago, and renewed it last year (2008) for about $40. Well, what they don't tell you is that when you do that, you're authorizing a renewal indefinitely, not just for that year. In other words, they will keep charging the credit card until you notice and complain. I found this phone number listed on my online credit card statement. It said "Trend Micro" charge, so I hit the 'dispute' button and this "customer Service" phone number pops up. Well, if you call it (long distance for me & being charged on phone bill), they will not answer. I called Trend Micro myself, and spoke with a guy. He said he would refund my card. I asked him if this would ever happen again. He said no. So the refund will stop future charges. Careful people and read the fine print! They will AUTO RENEW you all day long!

The people at this number put a $34.99 charge on my credit card and when I called them they gave me a bogus website to clear the charges. I reported it to my credit card company who will reverse the charge. They are defiantly scammers!!

This company charged 42 dollars on my acct and I don't know who they are
