Complaining about a customer service survey?   Good grief...

Called at 7:31pm.  Didn't answer, no voice mail left.

I used Midas a few weeks back for an oil change. I typically only give this number out to potential telemarketers, so I am not surprised at this.

did use midas last month, but 8:30 pm calls about my service thats a bit much then not even leaving a message, im pretty sure i didnt give them my number for this, i gave it to them so they could call me when my car was done, its a shame they fixed my car and i had a renewed faith in them, cuz the staff was friendly and they didnt try and rip me off........

Got the call in my Cell at 8:20pm.  Called back and got IVR messge stating I was being contact regarding a cust satisfaction survey.  It has to be midas b/c I have been there recently and they have my cell phone as my contact.Not the 1st time they called

I am on do not call list and they continue to call

Received a call from this number tonight... no message left.  I used Midas about 10 days ago.

Missed call from this number. Unsure if they hung up first or if my lack of service ("bars") at the time sent it directly to voicemail

I get at least one or two calls from this number daily...have never been to Midas so don't think its them...they leave no message.

I got this call today. No message, just hung up. Ive never been to Midas, but was at a Mavis Discount Tire a few days ago. I wonder if they are the same company.

A ha! Midas! I got a call from the same number around 7 pm this evening. I went to Midas a couple of weeks ago to get a radiator hose replaced and a radiator flush. Makes sense now, but why do they have to call around dinner time?  :-(

Got a call from 9543548438.. did not leave a message.. All of my phone #'s are on the do not call list.. I have not gone to Midas recently.

yes i got a call from this number and it was the midas customer service. the representative had me do a quick survey regarding my service at midas.thats all it was, harmless i suppose.

yup, got a call from this number at about 9:30 am, didn't answer and no message...I hated Midas already (they messed up my car when I brought it there a couple months ago) but this just fuels taht hatred even more

Called Wednesday at 11:10am, CST on my cell phone.  No one there/hung-up by the time I got it out of my pocket and said, "Hello"...

And yes, I did go to Midas in Plainfield, IL last week for service on daughters car.  But I've used them for years, and doubt they are instigating the call.  My guess is that the central office has the local shop records and is using that for the calls.

The #954-354-8438 belongs to a supposed "funds raising company".

They are nothing more than telemarketing solicitors who totally disregard the laws and rules of the do not call list. They have found a way to circumvent the law by claiming to solicit funds for the Florida State Troopers Association.  Through my investigations I have found that they make token donations in their company name in order to keep their status as a non profit organization--the rest of the major funds they collect--they keep for themselves---all in all, just another scam.

I also received a call from this number.  They did not leave a message. Did not know who it was till I got info on this site from EB..Thanks

Someone called from this number and the caller didn't speak.
