Says I won a gift card with some process fees.  I prefer not to get these solicitations, so I added it to my call block list.

This company said I had won three different gift cards because I had made purchases within the last year and these were my redemable rewards. All I had to do was pay shipping and activation $4.95. They were also sending me a packet of discounts on various companies as a free trial then it will be so much a month unless I call to cancel. I replied no thanks I'm not interested

Weird- silence at the end of the line two people in my household picked up the phone one after the other the other person would not answer. I can not imagine why people waste their time with calling people if they do not answer. Though the number comes up as Fort Lauterdale the number could be spoofed or they may be in a different area code aka region of the country.

looks like need to band this number. I received call 12/04/2014, I didn't picked up.
After that  I called back and it was a busy tone and the called ended.
Spam number

It said it found me from an ad on a website. (Currently I'm surfing Heraldry, and there are a lot of ads, but I don't know how it got my phone number.)

These people just called me saying that I won 100 gift card and they needed 4.95 for a processing fee.
When they went to transfer me to the supervisor to give up my credit card info I hung up.

I have been called over a dozen times by these creeps claiming I won a $100 gift card if I press 1 and offering a second option not to be called again and to be removed from their call list.  I have repeated requested to be removed from their list but continue to get around the clock calls.

Just added it to my blocked list :)

THIS IS A GOVERNMENT SCAM COMING OUT OF HIDING, THEY NEED MONEY FOR THE DEMOCRATS AND THOSE POOR PEOPLE IN NIGERIA.

WHEN YOU WRITE AGAINST OBAMA ONLINE THE OUTCOME IS THESE PHONE CALLS.

AND EMAILS AND TEXTS TOO AND ALL KINDS OF GOVERNMENT FRAUD ON THE PEOPLE.

Scam. Call from(954) 361-9262 stating you have $100 gift card for filling out survey but you have to pay s&h.  If you ask alot of questions and what survey they hang up on you.

Called and left no message on a phone I hardly even use. Found this site, good to know. Will be blocking them.

This person keeps calling me using an app

Says they are a marketing co.  Would not tell my husband her name!  Hung up on me!!

Supposedly from Walmart.

Just think, if they can fool just 100 people per day into paying that $5.95 "processing fee" to claim their "winnings", that would be ... um ... carry the 1 ... um ... $595 dollars a day!  Not bad.

I received a call from this number today.  I was told since I had recently made an online purchase on Walmart I was going to receive a free gift card of 100.00 good at Walmart, Target, Home Depot....she went through her skit and then said all you have to do is pay only 4.95 for shipping and handling. When she finally shut up I simply told her if this is a gift why would you charge me for it?  I know you are a scammer and do not ever try that [***] with me again.  I am reporting this number and notifying Walmart of your con with this number.
