Today i checked my bill and was surprised to see a message sent on 9560345888. When i tried to call on that number i was unable to get through the call. Can someone identify whos number is this?

Whenever u r flashing ur Mobile ROM or doing factory reset, msg will go to that number for record details.. No need to be panic

This fellow name is K Dhull and from delhi I have searched him from True caller and he also reflecting in my billing list where as I have not added or know him.

i saw a message to this no from ma samsung phone ( BSNL ).it says 'failed'.nothing else
