Hey I got solution after giving lot of time on this problem. This is the defect of Samsung Software. Actually every software version is linked with some number. But it not send any sms to that number. Because of licence, security reason they need to linked every version to particular number. If some problem occur in mobile phone then only it communicate with this number. But in some particular software there is some defect that's why it send sms when new SIM inserted into mobile.

The solution is go to your nearest Samsung Service Center and update your software

just now my account says i did sms  on +919560345888 this ans 1.50paisa is charged. and there is no details who messaged even the cell is with me and it happened at 11:53:57 19th feb 2017

1.50 money is charged. just before 20 mnts a meesage  is send to this number . this shows in on line account detail. cell is with me even then the hiding msg is delivered,.

I've been getting some strange SMS charge and checkin them closely I've found out that my phone is sending SMS to an uknown number( +919560345888 ) and the odd thing is that those SMS don't appear on my SMS program.
