Got a call from this number . Person told he is from Delhi Consumer Court Information Dept and someone has filed a case on me. When I asked about the case details , this person said he has no info about that and told me to call on a number which belongs to, according to him, R.K Sharma, senior advocate in Delhi consumer court. Today also I got a call from 7503694648 telling this case is now under S.K. Mahajan Ph No. 9899160285 and this time it was a lady telling me to call on this no., talk to this person and let her know if I want this case to hold or get it registered. Fee if the case gets registered is Rs 20000/-. I dont know what is it but it seems a fraud to me after reading other cases on this site. Please post if you too got any call from these two numbers : 7503694648 & 9582508798

Got a call from 9582508798 number, telling that i got a case filed against me in Bangalore Consumer Court and it is transferred to Delhi high court. And I need to speak to lawyer or case will be registered in Delhi high court. He wanted me to call 9899160285 SK Mahajan, a lawyer according to him, who has my case details.

I called him. He says I should pay a due bill of 20 000 Rs. I told him that send me stuff over email. He  told rather than that he will send court notice. I told "Go Ahead, that would be right process"

Also, i called Bangalore Police and they have suggested to submit this abstract to near by policy so that Cyber Crime team can track them !!!!!!!!!

That i need to pay 3500 else need to come to Delhi high court and pay 20.000. i got doubt as i got several calls from that lady and she can't even speak english. I want to file a case in police station for this fake call. if any one faced this problem please contact me on 9986037371.

I too got a call from the number 9582509437 and the lady told me that a case has been filed in Delhi Consumer Court. She refused to give any details of the case and asked me to contact some lawyer, else I would need to come to Delhi consumer court and pay fine of Rs 20,000. When I asked her why I have not received notice from the court, she did told me to contact the same lawyer.

I got the call from 7503694648 , saying Anil Sharma..
I screwed him like anything, and after that I called 100 and they said to register a complaint, i'll be going tomorrow...

Do not ignore, call Police.

I have got call from +919582508415 3 weeks back and telling that some one have filed a case on you and should pay 15000 and should contact their lawyer and even today also i have received a call from +917503694648, this time a female voice saying the same.
I was shocked they were telling my name,my work location etc..
Friends, please tell what should be done to avoid this and what was the action u took against them.

9582509437 illiterate Hindi speaking [***] lady told me that there is a complaint in sealed envolope in Delhi Consumer court... Wanted to call a lawyer she was about to give me and I told I am not gonna contact any bugger...If I did not call him, they will accept the complaint and I will have to travel to Delhi day after tomorrow with 20k "Jurmana"..I told the lady to go right ahead...Checked online and lol...There are hundreds like me...I wonder only a fraction is searching for online solution...
.But I have one doubt..I saw lot of people having past tata photon connections in the forum...Even I had one couple of years back which was disconnected...Wonder if some insider in photon has part in this game...

I got a call from 9582509437, a lady saying that she is calling form delhi consumer court, she told there has been a case filed against me in delhi court, its a matter of civil dispute and she wanted me to contact some lawyer my name RK Sharma on this # 08802987538 and discuss the details of the case,

i presume its a prank call, no court will call u for such case, it will simply send notice...........

ok, same story, same [***]. Someone identifying herself as Khushi Mishra calls me, repeats the same story as mentioned above and asks me to call Jaswanth Rana. Numbers are 08587851531 and 9582509437 / 8285408556 (Khushi). Am 100% sure this is all a scam. Just a few checks for other members - did you post any free ad on Makaan, Magicbricks, Quikr, india property or any sites like that? i want to find the source of this.

I got a call from 9582508798 just today and the person said he was calling from Delhi Consumer Court and that I have a case filed there. I first refused to identify, but he had my complete name and address. I said no case and nothing of that sort is known to me and the detais given by him are wrong. He said he would be transfering the file to Bangalore Police Station and that I can fight the case there. What needs to be done? Can anyone suggest?

hi Friends, i got the similar call just now.Same crap English speaking person from delhi consumer court asking me to talk to yeshwant rana..i ioo use tata photon..is it really through tata photon that they have our names and addresses.be cautious and also let your friends know about it..

Got a call from the same number 8285408556. He asked me to call some Jaswant Rana. Very rude person, I know it is a fake call. Can't the police trace this number out.

She will say that a case has been filed against you by someone(claims she has no details about the case) and you need to call Delhi senior advocate R K Sharma on 08802987538. This is a fraud call from a recovering agency for Tata Photon. Don't fall for it. Tell them that you have recorded the call and are submitting it to cyber crime cell and Local Police station and filing a criminal case against her and the number. Blast them and hang up. That will be the end of it.

No court works this way, they simply serve a notice. Don't worry tell them to go ahead and that you are filing a criminal case against them for harassment. Under no circumstances pay ANY money. This is just a cheap trick pulled by Tata Photon /Docomo to recover unpaid bills etc

Hi, I too received a call from these numbers 880 263 2465 & 958 250 8415 in the name of Ajay Sharma, Delhi Consumer Court, and 958 250 8798 from Vikas Tyagi. They are repeatedly calling an telling me that I should call RK Sharma Advocate Delhi Consumer Court, else there is a penalty of Rs 30000/-. This seems to be a hoax caller. I will be lodging a case with the police. Such people only know the language of the police.

These jokers are scamsters and are trying to fleece people who if not well aware will end up paying..So pl be aware.
