I too received similar calls from many numbers and they are saying on my name some one has filled civil case. Asking me to speak with RK sharma or Jaswant Rana (Lawyers). I am not sure if some one has filled case against them and wanted to know any action can be taken.

Blasting in Hindi.. I was using post paid Reliance data card 2 years back. I too got a call from a guy claiming to be a cop he called from 83769 42169 some Karnataka number and said that there is a a Non-Bailable warrant against me, when I asked for the charges he had no specific reply. And said that I need to call some Lawyer named R K Sharma in Delhi on 9871630282.
I called up this R K Sharma guy right away and talked to him, he said that my company has some outstanding bill with Reliance for 1.15 Lakhs.
Next time that I get a call from these number or for this bogus collection, I'd make sure that I abuse them and make sure that they don't call me back.
The major concern here is, how did these people got my company's name and address..
My company had a line with Reliance though.

He thretened me for not paying my outstanding bill from tata tele services and scaring for rs 5000. I am going to complain real consumer court against both tata tele services and that fruad. Let us catch him and send him to jail.

Just now got a call from 7503916916, a lady called herself Radhika & from Delhi High Court Information Dept, told me the same story - Somebody filed a case against me and they sent me the couple of notices to my address. She exactly told my name and past address.

Initially she refused to give the RK Gautham's mobile number. Then i thought of searching the number in internet and came to this page and understand that there are lot of fake calls in this kind.

Then I called back to the number, and it was busy. Then she called me back. And asked me to contact RK Gautham who is senior lawyer in Delhi High court. She given the number of RK Gautham - 08447495258 and case no as DL140.

Then I found a Post by Sridhar here and called him and get clarified as this is fake call.

Now i'm going to register a complaint in Police station giving the details of the call.

Got a call from 8860228627. Some sharma.
And said case will b transferred to HYD. Not giving details about the case.I again called from my office landline...and blasted him in filthy hyd Hindi. Now as I see in this forum its completely fake call. By the way try caller installed in my mob shown the number as fraud police reliance.

I got similar calls from several nos since last 6 months. Some of them are mentioned in the trail mails. Recently i got a call from Ms Pooja Mehta, Ph 8512081772 saying that she is from Delhi High Court Information Department and that a case is registered against me. For further info i need to call Advocate RK Mishra on 9996971850. This is a racket being maintained by some pranksters who need to be caught by the cyber police and Delhi Police. When traced all these nos belong to Haryana, Delhi circles of different mobile cos.

Hey...It is also observed by me that such calls are received near after one week of purchasing books/toys/clothes etc through online shopping. Either the online shopping website owners are selling their customer data to these guys for a huge price. Need to doubt even the courier cos which deliver such goods.

All those who have received and receiving such calls from pranksters, lodge your respective complaints mentioning the phone nos from which such calls are received on the respective State Police websites. I lodged my complaint on delpol@vsnl.com, a Delhi Police infomail.

same way I have received a call from a lady SHIPNA SING 7503526469 saying that she is working in Delhi Consumer court and there is a case against me and she wants to help me by informing about the case which will cause me a big fine and etc... and she also gave me a number 08802674008 saying that this is the lawyer ANITA VARMA who filed a case against me and I need to talk to him to settle it amicably

from then I started telling her that I am from ALERTNESS ON ANTI CORRUPTION AND CRIME, and they need to face the consequences for doing these sort of criminal activities and I demanded her to give details from where she got my number and other personal details, then she told me that is from reliance for which I have applied for land line and she apologies for making this act. since I don't have much time I left it then. so please don't take this sort of calls as true and act on it. If at all if you are affected by this sort of call you can take assistance or help from Alertness on anti-corruption and crime. u can also call 740 100 2000 to guide u to get out of trouble if any

I aslo got similar call from the number '9716127586' and asked me to contact R K Goutham number '08447495258'. They informed there is a cheating case agaist me and I called R K Goutham and he can't do anything. What is this all about? What the form suggests me?

i just got a call saying that a case has been registerd but i dont know for what that lady only speaks only hindi like a mad i think she is a fraudso please try to do something for such things..this is the number-9582509437

Same story goes here... Got a call from 7503710709, stating that a case has been filed on me and that i have to call Arthi Gautham @ 08802356273 to know about the case details. Case Id they said was DL136/06. Good that I have surfed to check if they is scam...

Too got a call from a lady today. The phone number is  +919136295628. The lady stated that someone is filing a case against me at Tees Hazari Court New Delhi. I asked who and why but she could not answer, instead told me to contact Sr advocate some Verma and told me to note down his number. I asked to sent it by SMS but she declined and disconnected the call. I tried to ring back but unable to connect to that number.
