- stillwatersJust saw "Lower Interest" on the caller ID. Didn't answer.
- Frauded| 1 replyThis number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
- Caller: Delta Outsource Group
- Call type: Debt collector
- JJJDon't answer the phone. These bottom feeders are not worth any effort at all. They're annoying but they have no "bite." They call from listed numbers, "private" numbers, spoofed numbers. If I don't recognize a number on caller ID, I don't answer the phone. Friends with unlisted numbers who register as "private name" all start their messages to me with, "Hi, it's me. Are you there?" because they know I won't pick up their call until I know it's someone I know. Real callers leave messages. Telemarketers, phishers, etc. don't. Screw 'em. After all, it's only fair. That's what they're trying to do to you.

- ScamTheScammers!These [***] call every night about 6pm.
It starts with an automated messages about how "there is no problem", but that they can "lower your credit card debt".... press 3 to stop calling or 1 to talk to an operator...
I have pressed 3 to stop the calling in the past but they keep calling.
These days I press 1 and talk to an operator.
The operator comes on and asks how much debt you have. Well I don't have any but I like to put these sort of people on speaker phone and waste their time in the hopes that it means it the get sick of there job and find something else to do, and becuase i think it is sort of fun to mess with them.
But these folks are pretty agressive about haning up when you do not answer their questions quickly.- Caller: LOWER INTERST
- Call type: Telemarketer
- LaurieThis number left a voice message saying I could lower my credit card interest rate. Press 1 to speak to a representative, 3 if you don't want to be contacted any longer. I have, in the past, pressed 3 and it seemed as though there was no 3 on the other end...irritating.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Wayne replies to Curious CalDon't count on just pressing 3 to opt out. It doesn't work!
- MattReport them to the FCC and the Do Not Call registry
- AnonymOkay everyone please read this and do it. First you need to find a whistle anykind will do. Next time they call hit "1" or what ever the automated machine says to talk to a representative, when they pick up the phone to talk to you blow into the whistle as loud as you can so it will burst the ear drum of the telemarketer.
- Caller: Lower Interest
- Call type: Telemarketer
- angela romeroplease stoop calling me
[removed:address] - FedUp917-217-9515.....This number is from "Rachel" from Card Holder services. When we press #3 to discontinue their phone calls it seems to result in a phone call back within 24 hours. If we press #1 to talk to a person and try to tell them to quit calling they just hang up.
The number comes across on my caller ID as VO1191040310059. I have no idea what that means, but I've wondered if this is a Voice over Internet Protocol whereby an actual criminal organization, which is not even calling from the U.S., is phishing for internet or web based phone systems. I've wondered if somehow by pressing "1" or "3" it gives them the ability to watch your computer and eventually gain access to any financial accounts if you conduct your business on the internet. Again I don't have backgrounds in telecommunications or computers so I really have no idea, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if something like this is possible.
Regardless, I would love to get these calls stopped.. that or charge them $5 for every time they call me!- Caller: Card Holder Services
- wmsOur calls have said it is our last chance for lower interest rates. On what we have no idea!
I called this number back and got a voice mail saying "This is Ray. Leave your name and number".
Yeah, right!- Call type: Telemarketer

Call to remove your number off their call list. Inform them you have reported them with all the agencies, your local carrier and you’d made a police report. Make sure you are on the National Do Not Call Registry then call and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Better Business Bureau, your telephone carrier’s call annoyance department and file a police report with your local police. There are several such companies doing this besides Delta Outsource Group and Answer Net for Credit Card Services and Insight Tele Services. They continually call about lowering interest rate, credit cards etc. What really needs to be done is contact your local legislator and push them to create a law or laws at the federal level prohibiting these companies from calling. This will continue unless we all do something about it.

- Concerned replies to The owner of the companyYou are an idiot! That is not the company that has been calling us. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out, especially since one of the links you posted is the Facebook of a young child, you are obviously out to make this company look bad, sadly at the cost of adults yelling at a little girl?
I hope none of the others receiving these calls are dumb enough to think that someone pops up here and has the answers to all our problems with these callers and lists not only all the contact Information for them, but also their personal Facebook pages? If you do, shame on you, - Delta Outsource Group, Inc.*****Consumer Warning*****
