I got called from 10 min ago on my cel. phone and I'm in PR.Caller unknown

Same number Same issue
I gave them an old canceled CC and now there pissed and wont leave me alone

I got the Spanish recording telling me to press 1 on my t-mobile personal cell phone.

Got a call from this number. Googled it and came to this page. I see that this is a common occurrence. Called the number back from my work phone and got the message that said "the number you have dialed is unallocated." Thank God I'm not in the habit of answering calls from unknowns.

Reporting another one here, just got it a few minutes ago. Since I'm from Puerto Rico and knew Spanish this is what I THINK they said. Since it was awfully recorded. To receive your economic stimulus dial # 1 now. And as an idiot I did, started ringing than the call hung itself for about 2 seconds. I guess I ain't goin' to Disney :p

Oh and my carrier is from Latin America called "Claro" (America Mobil). Used to be Verizon. So I guess they have no carrier preference, they dial ANY number I believe.

I got a call from them an hour ago, didn't answer it, and they didn't leave a message. I Googled the number, realized it was from Oregon, and found this site. It's good to know I'm not the only one getting these calls - I'm pretty sure they've called me before, but I just assumed it was a wrong number at the time.
Does where you live make a difference? I've noticed a lot of posts from out west, but I'm over in VA.

I just received a call from this number in spanish. The persons presented them as "Centro de premiaciones de Disney". Please help me to know who are these two persons and how they know my phone number?

4-20-09 I missed a call from this number today. Called back and a recording said in english: this number is unalligated.

I've received a call from 971-307-2014, did not answer.  I used to don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

I got a call form this number and whe i called back it said the number is un allocated.

Recibi una llamada en el dia de hoy 24 de abril, el mensaje decia que si queria mi incentivo federal que marcara el numero 1, pero no lo hice sospeche que era algo fraudulento.

I received a call day in that of today on April 24, message says that if I  wanted my incentive from the federal goverment, push number 1, but none I did it suspects that it was something fraudulent.

I got a call from this number its a spam, I do speak in spanish but these people seem not to be U.S citizen. so dont pick up . jay From San juan PR

Got call. Answered. Automatic system telling to hurry for a cualification in government "economic stimulus"..I just hang up. Clearly a scam call.
