Report them. You shouldn't need to worry about some idiot telemarketer calling your phone (especially if you're on the DNC list), nor should you have to alter your life by taking your phone off the hook/deactivating your voicemail.

Called today, left no message. I am on the national no call list but seem to get these types of calls anyway, lot of good the no call list does! I have Voipo phone service which allows me to Blacklist numbers I do not want to receive calls from. This number is now blacklisted.

I doubt it will help I just told them am not interested and not to call me. She said ok Ill try another time, Isaid no I dont want u calling me. oh and by the way I am taping this.

I ignored these calls before , didn't work, now I answer with a Bible verse , sincere with that..end verse with offer to pray to keep them from eternal hell. They hang up immediately!  This number listened then went into survey , if you agree children  should be controlled on watching tv programs and  games.If you say yes, they ask you to hit 9 to vote. no way! HANG UP THEN. My calls have very much slowed down

got a call the lady said it was a survey about 4 questions. she asked me if i thought childrens movies and video games should be rated more carefully ect.. said they were doing a petition that i could "sign" by pressing #9..i said no and hung up

Called at 8:45 a.m.  I answered it because I was pissed it was so early.  She started telling me about Life Giving Moments and I asked her to first tell me why she was calling so early in the morning.  She said she would call back at a better time.  I said no and she started her speech again about Life Giving Moments - something about TV content for children.  I told her to take me off their friggin list and I hung up.

Got the same info asked 4 questions about what today's entertainment and internet has on young children. I was mad at myself for answering. They said they would call back.  They weren't asking for any kind of money..but I will NOT answer again :(

So, just wondering if the calls stopped or not for ...so many others on here did not work just telling them to stop calling.

This have been calling for months but finally wanted to talk to us. She asked for my husband by name. She said it was a survey. She talked about ratings for childrens television shows and the internet and mobile devices. She was saying that children spend way too much time on these devices and parents should have a right to choose what the children are doing. She wanted to put our names on a petition for that. I told her no. Then she said she was going to having someone who sells childrens movies such as velveteen rabbit call us back within the next few days. We're in our 60s - no young children in my house. I told her no and to put me on her do not call list. Sounds like a right wing censorship group to me. Where do these kooks get my number.  Because of the name of the company I thought she was going to try to sell me cemetery plots. I finally hung up on her.

Simple rule here-if I do not know you or your number and it is an unsolicited call, it will NOT be answered.

They called, said they were from life giving moments, I said "Ok?" and then hang up... Weird!!

CID said lgivingmoments. I don't answer any of them. All these auto dialed calls only ring 3-4 times but it's irritating anyway. Calls yesterday, Sunday and today, a holiday. You can be bothered night & day, nothing sacred anymore.

You were way to polite with your reply.  I never pick up when I see the number, but on the third call 3 days in a row I picked  up the phone.  I said nothing, then a lady said "hello"   I screamed at her to stop calling, I was going to sue if she continued to call and REMOVE me from the list.   I blocked the call, but somehow they get through my blocked numbers. After the 6th called I picked up the phone and told them I was suing as I have a phone that tells how many time the number has called you.  I was not lying it really does.  After you have warned them to stop calling you can sue them in civil court.  I need to figure out how to go about that without a attorney.   They never STOP, today is Memorial Day and I just received a call.  I picked it up and screamed into the phone to stop F&*(King calling me you A**holes!!!!!   I again blocked it.  Tomorrow I am calling the FCC as they will take the complaint and they do fine them several thousands of dollars.
