Caller asked if she was speaking to "my name." I responded by asking, "Who am I speaking to?"
She said, "okay" and hung up.
My landline receives 5-10 scammy calls per week on average. Blocking numbers helps, but many of these scumbags just call back using a different number. A ton of scamming (Microsoft tech, IRS arrest ) comes out of overseas call centers (Dubai India for example). They have the ability to generate countless bogus numbers, changing their phone number by only one digit at a time so they can get past call blocking. I've also caught the same scammers creating numbers so they appear to be coming from either my own, or neighboring area codes.
They can send a man (○r woman) to the moon, but, when it comes to smoking out and eradicating this evergrowing plague of scammers... there's still a lot to be accomplished.

ID says anonymous.  I don't answer these calls and I get at least ten calls everyday.  I will never answer.  I know it is some kind of scam.

Why do you think the FCC is reading your post? They are not and have better things to do than try to go after Russian or other foreign scammers!

Because they are using fake caller I'D numbers and are really calling from overseas.

What do you mean that it "keeps calling a scam caller."  That means YOU are a scam caller.
