It's COMCAST I called the number back and supposedly you can leave your info and be added to their "Do Not Call" list, except that the mailbox was full... Gee, didn't expect that.
I don't even want Comcast as a vendor, though I have no other viable option where I live.
How about a reasonable price structure and you wouldn't have to be pestering folks to buy your sub-par products at inflated prices?  That would never work...

Same thing for me as well.  Mailbox was full.  Is there anyone else to complain to? FCC?

I got a call from this number but didn't answer as I didn't recognize it, then looked it up online- which led me here.  What vermin such callers are!  Another bunch fit for a strong wall and cheap bullets.

These calls are coming from a Comcast sales center.  They've been calling me 3 times a day for the last month.  And I'm already a customer of theirs.  That's how bad these jerks have gotten.  They're even harassing their own customers.  When you try to call the number back, you're sent to a general message center.  You are told to leave your name/address/number if you want to either learn more, or take your name off of the calling list.  But, every time you call, "the voice mailbox of the person you are trying to reach is full, please try another number".  I called the service operator, and was given the same runaround.  They've finally stopped taking my calls altogether.  I guess they don't like being sweared at by an angry man every 5 minutes.  The 800 number doesn't help, either.  They don't want to give you a way off the lists, so they send you from number to number to number, until someone finally hangs up on you.
I guess they don't realize that harassment is still against the law.

For those interested, it's the Salem, Ma number.  They're located on Traders Way, right off of 107.

Why keep calling and trying to get help from my service when I can just drive up there, walk in, and make them wish they never heard of sales calls.

Calls maybe 2-3 times per month. Never a message.

Same thing here... 3/4 calls a month (they started about a month ago). No voicemail.

After ignoring their calls for about 3 weeks, I finally picked up and it was a Comcast/Xfinity telemarketer.  They wanted to know if I was interest in bundling my services (phone/cable/internet).

Do not call. I will not buy your product now.

Lowell AND Salem are both 978 area code. I live in the 978, in Salisbury. I can go down south west to lowell, or to more southish to salem, both 978.

THANKS!  They are driving me INSANE, calling my cell phone (which I use for work) while I am at work.

This is Comcast sales department. They call and never leave voicemail, I called them back to ask them to stop but the number is completely automated and it goes to voicemail. And of course, their voicemail is full and I can't leave a message. Jerks.

Continually call my cell, leave no message. And, as far as bundling internet/cable & phone, I don't have a landline, don't want one & explained this to them when I tried to get a pkg which would lower my monthly payment of $136/mo for just cable & internet. Going to check RCN's prices & I know I can get a lower deal from them. Comcast is stupid, you would think they would give me break rather than lose me totally! Dumb!
