Yes, this number just called my cell, which is unlisted as well. I wonder how these people are getting my unlisted number? I answered it because I only saw the 446 part of the number, which is in my area, then it was a recording. Honestly can't remember what the message said, something about winning something. I hung up. These people need to get a life and a real job, lol.

Oh yea, I am in NB too. Strange that it is calling all around Canada!!

I just got a call from the number. I didn't answer. No message.  I'm in Montreal. Thanks for the posts - now I know it is a scam.

Just got one of these calls, selling a cruise to the Bahamas or something. I just hung up as soon as I heard it.

Had a missed call on my cell phone from this number

It was 1:36pm NL time. I was at work so I didn't even see the number until I got off. Ran a reverse look up....It is a land line in Bryan Texas with suspicious personal information connected to it and a lot of reports against it, it is classed as a scammer/frauder. You can find out all the info including the name, but it costs money so needless to say I never bothered

Your cell phone company sells your number included in a huge list to a whole whack of 'third-party' companies. When you sign the contract, you're giving them permission to share info on you to other companies. That's how they get it. Same with email spam/junk

Got a phone call from 979 - 446 - 0366 on 17 Mar 2010 at 4:18 PM. I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I didn't pick it up because I knew it will be a scam of some kind.

Called my unlisted cell phone #, dont know how they it. Said I won a trip,all expences paid. Said I wasnt interested,the more I said no the more aggresive he got. I hung up. FYI

Yeap, I hate these people. I got a call from this number too. I was driving so I didn't picked up and later saw that they left a message saying "I'm calli... click!" that's all. What a waste of time!

this is a scam, wish they would stop calling me, if I don't answer they call back with a private name and number

Called my cell today while at work, I recently did my taxes online with quicktax and used my cell number in my information, makes me wonder since this forum starts Feb 9 and happening in canada, around tax time, anyone else use that site to do taxes and give their cell number?
