Got a call from this number, no name, no message.

I got a phone call from this phone number today on my cell phone.  I am thinking of going to my google phone number and dial this number from there just so I can here who it is.  That way the caller doesn't see that I am calling back and if they call my google number back I can block them there.

Received a call.  Caller called me by name, then hung up.  VERY weird!

Caller ID shows "Unavailable" Did not leave a message.  We do not answer "Unavailable"  Also, we are on the Do Not Call list.

Received call from 985-635-4267 listed as Covington LA on caller ID. No one answers when you pick up. I called the number back and it says it is MDS Communications, a fundraising company for various charities. They call under various numbers - 850-610-2940. No one answers when you pick up, but they have the same information when you call back.

The people calling from this number ask for "Robert". When we say he isn't here they refuse to give any information about themselves. They even hang up on us when we ask to take a message and refuse to quit calling despite numerous attempts to have our number removed.

Your wasting your time filing a complaint with the FCC. They will do nothing except collect data and hold it until another law enforcement agency ask's for the records as part of a broad investigation involving serious violation of a federal law. They do not send the caller a letter or anything....the FCC is funded by the taxpayers to do nothing but clerical work regarding spam telephone calls. I urge people to write their congressman to defund the FCC and force the carriers to block calls when requested.

Calls and leaves no message - may be a bot just trying to figure out if ones line is active or not so that they can sell the number to even more telemarketers.

Call came in at 3:29 waking me up, no. One there and on th Do Not Call List, how do we stop these calls.  On other occasions one can not call back number.  The Federal Government needs to stop these people from calling people who pay there bills....
