I too received calll from this 99001 number , but after hearing for 1-3secs, i hang up the call.

Do not answer call from this +99001 number.

received a call also from +99001..  just now!

I just received the call on 28 July 2012 @ 10.56am..
did not pick it up.. as i'm sure this is not a normal number,

singapore telcos have been selling our phone numbers to all these scammers in china. it's a pity class action law suits are not an option here in singapore for the common man to sue for punitive damages.

all i hear on the phone was some ching chang chong ching chang. good lord.

From Singapore too. Got the call frm the same no. today too! Nowadays I don't bother to ans. all these overseas call. Damn CB scammers. Hope they rot in hell.

Guys! Keep reporting all these numbers here! We need to work tog to put an end to all these since the [***] IDA zo-bo-lan; can't even pass a simple law to make sure 3 providers bar these scammers' no.

Got an unknown call from+99001 just a min ago too. Heard music and some chinese messages.. have anyone reported it yet?

Just received a call from this number too!!! pick up and a music plus a voicemail ask you to hold a moment while they connecting the call. Then someone will ask whether you understand mandarin...suspect its a scam so just hang up quickly.

Recived this call from +99001. I picked up, there is music and eventually hang up itself after few seconds.

the call is so persistent. repeat call until i picked the call. And there wasn't any sound. I think they are paid surveyers/scammers who are remunerated by the number of calls they make. Sometimes they'll just ring mad and hope someone pick the call n they get paid for not speaking a word.
