Same story here..calls long pause then dialect asks for someone.  told them wrong number,

who is this number.

just got the same phone call! An indian voice saying, ÿou don't know what is wrong with your computer"and inturrupted him and said, ""Yes, I know what's wrong with my computer,... nothing" he insisted and said, "NO, you don't know what's wrong with your computer" and we continued with the same fight until I said, ök, then,... what's wrong with my computer?"and he said "that's what I'm saying,... you don't know what's wrogn with your computer" and I said, ök, what else do you want to say?!"  and he paused and then said,... "that's it" and hanged up!  

If I would have continued with the conversation without a fight, I think he would have ended up requesting my IP address. If the calls persist, I suggest you mention that you will report it to the FBI.

The same incident happened to me . I think these Indian people are trying to create problems in the internet. The Federal Communication Commission should know about this activities

just got the call from a heavily accented Indian man telling me that my computer could be running error messages or have virus's on it. I explained that the computer is running fine and that it doesn't have any virus's on it... the call was very low quality and kinda crackly. I told him how i knew this was all a scam and how i heard several of my friends get the same call and 1 of them get hacked BIG TIME!... he then insisted that it wasn't a hoax or scam, but he wanted me to run some kind of test on the computer to see if it was secretely infected. I said NEVER!.. they are calling from Australia... i told them it made no sese that an australian company would be phoning me in Canada about my computer, and told them that if i have a problem i would call my ISP.... then i told him to get lost and hung up on him...


DONT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!

Phone rings.  "Hello,this is 1-900-BIG-STEW. I've got something HOT simmering for you .", I grunted into the phone.          No response.         "Hey lonely caller,if you're too shy to speak I can charge you $4.99 per minute just to listen to me eating COLD  cream of mushroom soup out of the CAN. All you have to do is stay on the line and enjoy  the PIGGY sounds.....YEAHHH."        After 15 minutes($69.85 + fees & taxes) the connection ended.                 No additional calls from  999-910-0119 have been received.

Indians use smoke signals and runners,folks.  Ask me how I know.

same here...foreign voices only when i told them to eff off & stop calling this number...they called back and when i answered they called me by my name asked if i still lived @....then asked me if i had kids....i hung up and made a police report...they have called a few more times but i just dont answer anymore! kinda freaked me out....

Keep getting calls like this all times of day and night.  Very annoying as no one is on the other end.  How do I stop this?

our phone rings and when we pick up no one answers, this has been going on daily now and the only number we get is 910-0119

Have gotten atleast 6 calls from this # always at very inconvenient times 12pm 7am ect.  One time it was an Indian woman asking about a virus on the computer DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO JUST HANG UP!  Will be calling my telephone company to see what I can do to block these calls.

Indian guy telling me my computer is infected.  Told him to take my number off his list.  Said he can't.  Was very persistant.  Didn't want me to hang up.  Get these thiefs.

Just got a call from that number here in Nova Scotia Canada. I ignore all numbers like that one. On my cell I put them in my contact list as ZZZZ1 etc and use a dog barking as a ring tone and I don't answer anything with that ringtone. Wish I could do that on my home phone.

Just got a call from this number.  The gentleman with an Indian accent identified himself as Roger, working with an IT company called Megabites.  Calling regarding a virus issue and asked me to turn on my computer.  I asked for his number to call him back at another time.  He gave me the following number (and order in which given): 3075 290 607.  He told me not to worry at all if I do not get an answer or if I get a message saying the number is not in service, because he would call me back again tomorrow.  Obviously a bad situation.

The guy (Roger) just called back from a different 'number': 123-456-7890.  If you don't know a number, don't answer the phone!

Next time they call( if you answer) I would just say No I am not the owner of the house nor do I rent it I am here to rob it and trash it what can I do for you.HOWEVER if you do pick up the phone you have made a connection and that indicates that someone does live there. NOW they have confirmed that they can us your number for any thing they wish, so check your phone bills for calls you did not make and check to make sure people are not using your address for illegal mail. You may want to check a few more things that you have also. Having someones number and knowing someone is there can lead to all kinds of illegal sinanikins. Be very careful taking calls you are not sure of.

We just got a call from this number and the woman, no accent, wanted the homeowners credit card number. When asked why she said she wanted money. Say what...yes, she demanded money. We hung up. Very strange, annoying and mysterious.

I got call today from this no Number, the guys using really bed words !!!!!!!!!!

Received a phone call from this number and a women told me they had detected a computer virus on my computer.............I knew instantly it was a scam and I said Maam, I'm a computer tech and you can take your scam and shove it and I hung up.
