- 1Yet another bank security scam message!! Recorded message, 2 transactions this morning, usual thing press 1 or 2 to sort it.
- 1Someone who barely spoke English called, some Vodafone upgrade scam (guess they're not Vodafone, but wouldn't be surprised!) This number seems to be registered to a halal restaurant called Don Bravo, so probably spoofing number, but who knows.
- 3Called saying an upgrading of scam calling service. It would stop all scam calls. I replied “ Like you for instance” My dog covered her ears with both paws at his reply !
- 1A recorded "robot female" voice saying she was from VISA security, because large amounts had been charged to my card from Amazon and another. Usual scam - "press 1 to be connected to a security adviser" etc. SCAM - ignore and block.
- 1Don't know who this was came up as a Manchester Number! When I rang it back it automated answering machine said that you were called by the Domain Team, and press 1 to speak to an advisor! I just hung up!
- 1Got a call, upon answering, automated robot voice said "goodbye" and disconnected the call. No idea who or why, but can only assume it's harvesting phone numbers for adding to a database somewhere.
- 45By now, you should the thinking: "What if there was some way to block a number from calling?" Or not.
- 1"This number is operated by Twilio Ireland Limited and is primarily associated with fraudulent activities, where callers impersonate O2. While its dialling code associates it with Manchester, England, it utilises VoIP technology. As a result, the actual location of the caller cannot be determined."...
