016x numbers

- 1Pretending to be from Microsoft. I only ever stay on long enough to find out who they say they are.
- 4I suspected this was a spam call so did not answer it. After looking the number up, I am glad that I didn't. I have blocked the number.

- 1DHL Scammer. Calling telling me there is a parcel from DHL but didnt even know my name / details. So beware this [***] scammer.
- 1Message on answer phone - Tried to tell me that they were from Amazon and money had be taken from my account, but if I had not ordered. press button to cancel order. DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING. Delete message.
- 1Lady said that my loft insulation had been classed as hazardous and offered to send someone to inspect it. When I mentioned the Telephone Preference Service she hung up.
- 2Absolutely. Having had a fraudulent message of use on my debit card I checked with the bank. I did not respond to the message. The bank warned me that I would probably have follow up calls from the fraudsters. This is the number they are calling from. they also called me from 020 3003 4660
