    Call to my mobile-phone at 15:11 Pacific today, stating that my Bell services will be cancelled today. I was told to "press 1" for English, or "Press 2" for Chinese. I chose one, and almost heard a quiet sentence. When I asked the caller to speak up, the call ended. I have no services from BELL.
