- 1Got a call from "The Loan Specialist." Sounded like a recording of some sort but interactive. Tried to "butt in" a few times but it kept talking about the low interest and pre-approval process. Then it told me to wait for the next available agent. I did but after about 2 mins. I just hung up.
- 1Called me asking for James Capers. Caller's name is apparently Carly. Obvious skip-tracer scam.
- 6Do NOT use the 'Do Not Call' registry. It may (possibly) be a genuine government resource in the USA or similar, but it is NOT in the UK. (and it is not a UK Government website either). In fact, I imagine it's a scam site no matter where you are - you'll probably get even more spam calls. Nice try.
- 1Apple Pay alert. Our monitoring systems flagged a $100.00 Apple Store Charge, and it has been temporarily held.
