- 1Fake loan scam. Claims to be reviewing my loan offer, but I have applied for no loans. Avoids mention of any actual company, says they are part of the loan review team.
- 1Automated caller indicates they are "Marissa Morgan calling from underwriting and that she's calling regarding my loan approval and that my file is in final review." Called phone number left on VM (888-269-4978) and there's no Marissa Morgan and it's a SCAM!
- 1Claims to be "Tax Adjustment and Relief Office" FRAUD or SPAM for sure - they use the same contact name as another SPAM call about business loan approval.
