a while back i purchased the paint pad from pitch tv, and i have just seen my bank statement which confims that POUNDSAVER has helped itself to £99.99 from by account. i have never even heard of this company or what ever it is and nor have i ever purchased anything from it so why the hell have they taken money from my account without my permission? after reading some of the comments above i am reassured that by contacting them i will recieve my money back but if not i will as hell complain to police watchdog and many more

We also have had 1.60 and 99.99 taken after buying from pitch tv same pads as you.We only found out on checking our bank statement today.I phoned the company Poundsaver up on 0870 1602513 and the call was answered by a company called Membership Services.I explained to the man on the phone who told me my wife must have agreed to join this club other wise they wouldnt have sent out the membership and vouchers and seeing that we hadnt cancelled within 30 days they charged us the joining fee.I asked where they sent the vouchers and they told me to number 11 and my road and postal code when i informed him i live at 15 he nearly choked.He has promised a full refund within 5 to 7 days of 99.99 and cancel my membership.When asked about the 1.60 he said I would have to write a letter to the company.
Two things strike me about this,

1.90% of people who have been scammed have used PITCH TV.Do not purchase from these people as they are allegedly doing some thing underhand.

2.How many people are going to write a letter to reclaim 1.60 WHAT A SCAM.

i checked my credit card statement last night to find £99.99 taken from this poundsaver as well. i phoned my bank who advised to phone this company to get my money back. i phoned them this morning and the guy on the phone was helpful and advised my refnd will take 5-7days. he explained that i must of agreed to a membership and should have been advised to cancel this after 30 days, i explained no one told me this information

i also phoned pitch tv last night to make a complaint and they were anything but helpful. i spoke to a supervisor there who was not really bothered about the nature of the complaint and the fact that my details had been passed on to this company without my permission

i am going to forward this onto trading standards and advised anyone else not to buy anything from this company and to be careful

Yes they robbed me too of £99.99.
At this price the paint pads I purchased should be made of gold. Spoke to my bank the co-op and they are investigating. Also spoke to hitch I mean pitch tv, they said it is up to pound saver to refund the money. When I stated they should refund the money for passing my details on in the first place, they said again I would have to take it up with pound saver. I will phone them when they are open and find out what they have to say regarding vouchers that I haven't even received and why they took money that I feel legally they had no right to do. In the meantime, it is a very true saying, once bitten twice shy and it is a big ADIOS to [***] sorry pitch world from me.

just got my credit card bill found i had been charged 89.95 by pound saver and39.95 by classic living
ordered cd's on line from zestify they never showed up eventualy got refund. be on your guard when dealing with zestify

The muscular kids with giant dentures name is Ryan Miskimmin. He took me by my testes and dragged me out the front door of the building, all the while threatening 'to cut my balls off if I dont [***] off and forget about this'. Another hooligan called Kev came out and started pouring lighter fluid over my car when I was inside, trying to make my getaway. He pulled a book of matches from his pocket and started laughing hysterically, clearly Ryan is his muscle bound thug. I am too scared to phone the police or even to talk about this, I just want to die, why did I ever bother with Poundsaver..

What a bunch of theiving gits, I work really hard for a living and inocently purchased a gift for my sister for christmas to find when my bank statement cam in Pound Saver had stolen £99.99 from my account.
My bank where not that helpful as the fraud department is closed over the weekend, to say I am angry is an understatement, im bl**dy furious.
Do not BRY anything from shopping channels is my motto from now on!  The TV channel "Bid TV" were of no use either!
Report to your bank immediately if this git calls waffling on about free vouchers for hotels, he goes on and on and still takes no for an answer!

I spoke with a representaive of this company about money beeing taken out of my account with out my permission she asured me faithfully that it would be returned to my  my account almost a month lateer i am still waiting

Is it righr that money should be taken out of my account with out my knonledge or permission in the first place

hi,jus checked my bank statement n noticed £1.60 n £99.95 had been took out ,didnt recognise who pound saver were so rang my bank,bank were really good n rembursing me within 24hrs,have had to cancel my card n they are treating it as fraud n taking action .i rang pitch world n i bought a paint roller over a year ago .told them i was disgusted that they have give my card details to poundsaver to join some club which i never agreed to in the first place,they blamed poundsaver .i rang pound saver n guess what ..they blamed pitch world !!!!!! she said she was goin to reinburse my account,told her she would have a job as card had been closed down,told her bank n police involved,she wasnt bothered in the slightest.becareful guys !! x

JUST BEEN SCAMMED.  THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN £99.95 AND £1.60 FROM MY CREDIT CARD NOVEMBER 2010.  I ORDERED GOODS FROM PITCH TV  LAST YEAR AND THEY TOOK MONEY OFF MY CARD LAST YEAR FOR FOR POUND SAVER WHICH I NEVER NOTICED LAST YEAR

please note that this company pound saver are still scamming they took 99.99 out of my account this morning trying to get it back from the bank so nothing has been done about this company at all i will never buy anything of tv again

i am in the process with my bank to have this blocked and obviously yes i am also a victim of this poundsaver i am having payments of nearly £20 a month taken as a card payment which i never subscribed to. I shall be contacting them as i want a refund in full as why should someone else have my hard earned money. And yes i will be telling my bank to take this further.
This just isn't good enough they should get off their butts and do an honest days work.

Bought Paint Pro from Pitch TV and £99.99 taken from my credit card this month, have not receive any vouchers or information.  Contacted my card issuer and was redirected to 08001077333 Pound Saver , the lady at the other end of the phone said their system has crashed and will get back to me.   I have a bad feeling about this.

Contacted my card issuer again, and has to wait till end of the week :(

Just had an automated phonecall from Barclaycard asking if I had made certain purchases today, the voice reeled off several amounts and was told to press 2 if I didn't recognise any. I pressed 2 and got through to fraud squad.
They asked if I had paid £99.95 to Pound Saver twice today, answer "No"
My card has now been blocked so they wont get anything, but I am flying to Spain on Sunday so I now don't have a Visa. Oh Great !!!!!!!!

P.S.
I shopped once at PITCH TV 3 years ago, never got offered any offers for them to charge me for.

PPS. The self fold out bed was crap and had to send it back.

it goes on and on,i bought paint pads of pitch tv(which tommy walsh endorsed) paid on the internet with a credit card one month later pound saver 08001077333**** stole****£99.99 out of my account i have reported this to the fraud section of my bank they tell me they will get it back for me

Same with me. Bought paint pads from pitch TV. Bought them online so spoke to no-one.
A month later noticed debit from my credit card of £99.99 to Poundsaver.
Finally got to speak with someone on the phone No on my statement. They said as I had not received the vouchers, they will refund the money within 5 days.
Money was refunded today (4 days)
Still reported them to my card company as fraud, an canceled my card just in case they try to take another payment.

Ive just opened my mastercard statment and found poundsaver helped themselves to £99.99!! I bought the paint pro off them 2-3months ago and now they think is ok to take more money for no reason!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Exactly the same thing has just happened to me - even the same amounts. My bank is investigating as well but did you get your money back?
