Yes, I'm the same, It calls me about 2.15 am and I was sleeping, but I don't know who is??

I received a call last night to my mobile also at 4:15 a.m. and there is no such prefix for any country. I work in foreign trade, so I thought it could be some customer or contact abroad, but a machine from my mobile company said that it was impossible to connect to that number. I called my mobile company to get more information and they said that it could be from any VoIp system lyke Skype. So, if someone calling abroad doesn't take in mind the hour difference, better don't call back. If it's something important they'll call back.

I hope that is a fraud.

these 88213xxxxxx numbers are expensive to call and are continually being used by crooks.  If you look here you will see the problem is affecting many countries around the world.

The phone companies are sharing the revenue with the Italian company(Telespazio) that owns the number.  That is possibly why so little is being done to stamp out this disgraceful practice.  

Just ignore it and don't call back.

I recived the same call, I from spain too and i little afraid. I recived it at 3.35 a.m. I was sleeping too.
It's too strange...

I received this lost call at 01,57. I was in a Pub and a little bit drunk (it is the truth). I did not think too much and I called back but the conection was not possible ("error de conexión". This morning I did not remember and when I woke up and saw again the lost call I called back again with the same result: no conection.

  How can I know If I have been victim of some kind of fraud and I have been made a charge. In that case. Whar should I do?

This night I,ve received the same call from de same number 03.12am. I did the same: checking the prefix that I doesn't exist. I did't try anything because I thouthg is a fraud. We should be careful.

The 88213 prefix belongs to the Italian operator Telespazio.  It is a virtual country code for their EMSAT satellite network.  There have been multiple reports of people being charged as much as €9 per minute for the call.
