As a general recommondation: If you receive a "missed" call from a number which dont know i.e. is not in your telefone directory dont reply or even think about it! Simply delete it from your list. One should know the phone number of a family member and/or firend!

Somebody has called me many times from this above number since one week. But no answer. I want to know the whereabouts of this number. And why this misscalls?

in the last few weeks I was called from this number as well several times.
I do live in Germany.

I have got a call from this number but i dont know who is calling me.

The 88213 prefix belongs to the Italian operator Telespazio.  It is a virtual country code for their EMSAT satellite network.  There have been multiple reports of people being charged as much as €9 per minute for the call.

EMSAT has legitimate uses, but....

I received a phone call from the same number. It was just a beep. I called back and the robot (very bad english speaker) announced me I have to hold the line for the next 30 minutes.
