Got this one via an email asking me to call back to set up a property showing. Claims she is traveling and can't easily retrieve email.

My mom got the same one asking to view some listed properties, and she doesn't even have any currently. personally it sounds shady, i'd stay away from it.

Have received several emails requesting a call back to this number regarding property viewing.

I just received the same request.  Being that it is a strange number system, it has to be from out of the USA and probably a scam of some kind.  Might be a phone scam.
If it were legit, they would have used my business e-mail and not have placed the request on my personal e-mail.

I received the same email asking to set up a time to view a property, call this foreign cell number as she was traveling and could not reguarly pick up emails.  The email address was from someone at zapak.com which is India's top hosting company.  Probably a scam.

Called Embark and they said my call back would cost me  $6.75 per min. plus taxes!!!

This is a scam.  Don't call back

I received the exact same email.  I thought it was a scam so I googled and found this blog.  Glad I trusted my instincts!!

88213 xx **** are Emsat cellphone satellite numbers that were allocated to Telespazio Italy.

These are very expensive to call.

The xx identifies who leases the numbers range from Telespazio.
