Nothing to panick about it will just be a company calling you using a computer dialer system. The number always shows as a ''0000'' when they use these systems.

This number calls my personal and cell numbers all night and day. They are a fraud and a scam, do not verify your name/information/address or workplace to them. Contact your attorney, your general state attorney, better business bureau, and the FBI to report them. He said his name was Brandon McCallum. Pretty funny that a middle eastern man has the same last name as my maiden name.

I got a call that came in 0000, a man that can not speak english. He was looking for my father, who has been deceased for 2 years. Said he was Justin Black, left a call back number of 310 361 2388. Saying to call him back or have an attorney call him, time sensitive matter. Total scammers.

Very thick accented Indian woman called me, Brigit goons, 707-673-9478 was the number that she left for me, I am not to disregaurd her message and if she does not hear from my lawyer or myself all she can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfold upon me.  Really? they called me everysecond for 10 minutes at least and I kept hanging up on them. I hate scammers, get a freakin life.

Called me 10 times yesterday.  A very aggressive sounding male with Indian accent.  Said his name was Mike Smith.  I tried to answer and just hang up to make it stop ringing.  I advised on two occassions that this was business phone (my work cell) and clearly stated, Do Not Call this number again. Stop calling this number. He knew my full name. He babbled about stuff that I couldn't understand. It was almost more psychopathic than a scam, but maybe its the psychopathic approach to scamming people, maybe he scares enough people into just cracking and giving him their credit card numbers. Most scammers I would think are more of the "sweettalker" type. It def. is psychological harassment.  Can the phone company trace these calls?  He called back and left message said thing I saw in another post about an attorney and the only thing he could wish me was "Good Luck"  after the message he still tried back. I get calls all of the time from an 866 number, and after this 0000 number, the 866 number came in yesterday as well and I just ignored it. This number only tried once.

got several similar calls from different phone numbers (Texas, Pennsylvania, and Orange County).  Same tactic - USA Cash Advance loan not paid, will be made as an example so there will be a case filed against me, the evidence were my IP address, they have my SSN, address, and other personal information.  First and foremost, I researched and found out that USA Cash Advance do not loan out money.  They are kinda like an engine to match you with a lender.

When a call is received from any of these scammers, I was told to call my Attorney General' Office and the Attorney General's Office where the caller's number originated.  But good luck with that, it seems that these callers are from another country and are using magic jack to scam people in the US and other country.

You also need to file a police complaint so that your local law enforcement could warn other people (specially the geriatrics) about the modus operandi.

    beware of these scammers!

I have received multiple calls from this number as well.  We have dealt with individuals just like this in the past through personal and business affairs.  I used to run a recovery and investigations company in Idaho so when he called us a year ago we started tracking his whereabouts.  I am not sure if it is the same guy but about 6 months ago a number of bail bond companies where hit by this guy and even bobby browns bail bonds.  The information that everyone had got on this individual was crazy.  I will look for the information and try to post in a later post. When they called in the past we started calling back and it almost sounded like they used a voice recognition device to alter their voice.  The good thing is they are not spoofing the number because they are expecting people to call them back.  However using a "0000" number is definitely different from before.  I got a call this morning from him and I wish I could tell if it was the same person but we had some serious words with each other.  He called a total of 11 times from 0000 and then I guess got tired of calling and stopped.  Anyone who is reading this for the first time, absolutely do not give out any information to these people.  They obviously have enough information to be calling you.  If you can I would get their name, number and tell them you will call them back.  Go to your local police station and call them back with someone listening with you.  Not sure if it will help but it is worth a shot.  I was hoping he would continue to call me so I had time to run to the police station.  And if you are feeling really frisky you can do what myself and many other bond agents did for a long time.  We called this individual multiple times at midnight.  Not one of the companies has heard from him since.  As a matter of fact this is the first time in a long time I have heard from him.  If you call at midnight remember this guy is not going to the police your just going to irritate the heck out of him.

My mother got this call 30 minutes ago. She was freaking out and crying. I typed the number into google and this came up and I read everyone's comments and I told her to hang up. She's still freaking out about it and I told her the guy told her the same thing he told everyone else. He had a thick Indian accent, said he was from New Jersey, said something about payday loan and USA Cash Advance. He said something about money wired to her bank account which she checked and nothing like that happened. Then he told her if it wasn't paid a sheriff would come to the door tomorrow. What a creep. I told my mom to report it to the FTC or FCC.

Just got a call from them. I'm from NZ, like some of these people. I declined the charges, as they offered an option to do so. I hope they don't ring back.

It's the same people again...only they're using different numbers each time. It's been like that for the past 3 years. If you don't know what number is calling you, don't pick up the phone. If you do, don't give out any personal information. If you did, change your phone number, and your credit/debit card information. Or better yet, call your bank and report your card stolen.
