I have received two calls from these Indian/Pakistani scammers,I tell you the truth about these people they are the most corrupt disgusting people in the world. Unfortunently this Government allows them to operate here in America they have practically taken control of the gasoline/groceries stores all around Americas roadways, they are getting away with alot of theft also they are allowed by this Govt to be exempt from paying bussiness taxes for five years and when the fifth year comes around they transfer the bussiness to another Indian/Pakistani person

The number 0000 keeps popping up on my phone.  This is the 5th time today.

My husband receives two to three times a day, calls from this number and I have received calls from 714-733-5615 which seems to be the same F'ing people.  I'm  pissed because they won't get on the phone and when they finally do all they do is hang up after they're challenged by you.  They threatned us with law suits and investigations constantly.  I told them what I tell every other supposed debt collector, sue me, send me papers, proof of this loan, investigate and analyze what ever the hell you want and I will be there to combat everything with my bank statements.  They have nothing to say to that, all they want is for us to submit to their sick a**es and pay money.  I am not in the slightest afraid of court so BRING IT!!  They need to be sued themselves for harassment, stalking and whatever else law covers what they're doing.  I also told them with no intent on discrimination "Let me talk to someone who speaks legible english if you're going to make threats."

I have had this guy claim to be "officer david" same thing, first time it was from a 347-408-1719, then a 23 and 0000 today. total scam, I told him if they are planning to sue if I dont give him payment over the phone then to send the papers and we will go to court. He said he didnt want to do that, then i asked what courthouse...he said "ummm the one by you". Total crapola.

Dont you just love these idiots! "Officer David" told me if he didnt recieve payment by today that there was court tomorrow. I told him I recieved no service for court papers as required by law, asked him to mail the statement of the loan and to provide me with the companies name and number so I can contact them directly. All of which he refused but he has called everyday now like clockwork.

this is scam dont list to them. They call me about every 6 months and its always from a different number. They say the same thing each time. They will say that there is a warrant out and the police will show up at your job or at home. Its not true. Do not pay them anything. This has been reported to higher power but the government cant do anything about it because the numbers keep changing. they are one step ahead of everyone. BUT ITS A SCAM.

what the h. ok today that 0000 called and a indian guy sait that i owe 16,000 in debt and they threatn to lock me up

The guy with the Indian accent has called me several times under different #. I guess he got mad me for blocking his numbers and started using 0000. Thinking I won't block it to. Well I will.

I got a total of 6 missed calls from the number 0000, some guy with a heavy accent telling me to call back as soon as i can and if not he wishes me luck... seriously who does that?  I got 3 calls today in a total of 5 mins back to back at 8:00 this morning.

not sure how they got my number, but they are annoying as hell as I was in the meeting..

how do u block number on a phone?? I don't think I have that function....

i have been getting the same thing and one who keeps calling they don't stop sometimes til they get  what they want it is so nast of them to call be and bug the crap out of us a lot of us probably wish it would just go away

I got a call from them 4x today i missed it the first 3 but picked it up on the fourth one. It was a guy with a thick indian accent tellin me I needed to listen to him and  that there's been a complaint. I told him if he was serious he needed to get an American on the phone who spoke english not broken english, He transferred me to his supervisor (another indian guy) and he proceeded to tell me the same thing, I'm in trouble and blah blah blah. I politely asked him to stop calling me that I was tired of the phone harassment and he started to get aggressive. Then I said some pretty racist things about him and told him if he wanted I'd fly out out there on my next two weeks off and whoop his ass, then he hung up me. The [***] up thing is he knows the last four of my social, how the [***] did he get that?

Got a call 0000 also today 5 times. The guy's name was Ronald Baker asking me to call 619-292-8423 called the number from a private line since i had no idea who it was. Could not leave a message as the voicemail was full and the message service seems to be automated. WOW! SCAM!!!!!

agree! Also be aware of the phone number 916-395-0000. It seems like all these people share one phone number. Rude voicemails that treatening. also 336-308-3196 capt. John Harris he is a real jerk!!! Scott Schneider stating he represents oakview law group for payday loan e pay date. I emailed and called that pay day loan company and stated they have nothing under my name. SCAM!!!!!!! The number is 508-425-2741

This same guy has called me saying he is FBI agent Kevin Brown, when I gave the phone to my fiance because they had been harassing me for days, he told my fiance to tell me to [***]..they have called me non stop from 911, 0000, and 1111 always saying I took thier loan and di not pay it back and when I told them I had bank statements to prove I didn't he said those wouldn't help me and to give him the name of my lawyer.

i received a time sensitive call this morning been getting many calls like this does it do any good to change your number?

yes it is a scam, if you ever applied for a payday loan they will call you.
