0000

I'm in Auckland, NZ and get 0000 calls regularly.  Twice a day for the past week - earliest 10.00 am and latest 7.00 pm. Caller ID usually shows 0000, also 640000 and 610000 and even 0000000.  I usually ignore the calls but when I do answer there is silence except the time there was foreign chatter in the background.  I haven't a clue what they want because they don't speak. Tried scrambling by pressing everything on my phone - didn't work.  Telecom says they can't trace the callers!!  I won't be answering any calls with zeros in it.

Same thing happened to me but they said they were looking for "elle Thompson". I am not elle Thompson. Clearly this is a scam.

I received several phone calls from a guy claiming to be Dick Condom. Really??!! Who uses a name like that! Anyways, I am not a work and got a phone call from a co-worker telling me what was going on. My supervisor spoke to the person and asked him for a phone number and her said to her "if you want my phone number, you will have to suck mt d*** b****"!! Who does this?! these people really need to get a life!

Well i just called my phone company and they said they can't help as its an international number. Great- really helpful. All they can do is change my phone number.

i had a misscall fom +0000 i dont know who is this or does this come from.how to know who is that nd from where that call is?

I received this text message today from the 0000 number.

Just recieved a call from call 0000  sounded like an old fax machine then an indian guy asked me about my computer .
Told the guy to give me information about my computer he mumbled something I then hung up

calling here in Scotland U.K. as well.....nobody talks...four times today already...not answering them any more....block the number.

I received a called today around 02:22am on my cell but the person didn't say anything and the caller ID is 0000. Very weird

i have no idea where this number came from..
but according to my research.. (+000 , 143 , 826 ) is one the numbers of a call spammers..

I am also getting calls from 0000. However, I am told by my friends that we should not even pick the phone as just picking the phone could cost you some money e.g. higher telephone bill. I am also told that once you pick up the phone, the person on the other side is able to start a call to a foreign country at your cost. i dont know upto what extent this information is true but the best thing is never to pick up a telephone. Not even from 08 numbers. Thanks.

Well they called my job yesterday and have been calling me a little under 2 years and they claim I owe a cash loan, and I know for a fact that I don't.  Any cash loan I have ever had has been paid in full and if it hadn't it would be noted on my credit report.  However someone has sold my info to these idiots and everytime they call I will either let them know its a scam or I will tell them to send the cops.  They never send anything in writing.  Luckily the people at my job are smart enough to hang up on them.

Does anyone know who annoys with unwanted calls disguised behind this number?
Like a masked terrorist ashamed to show their face.  

I accidentally answered which unfortunately showed them the number was live so now they keep harrassing me when busy at work.

Best advise is don't answer so their automatic dialer thinks it is a dead number.

ive been getting this number calling me for the last 2 weeks now,im in new zealand,they call about 5 times a day but never leave messages

Just received a call from +00 0000 - I did not pick up and took advice from above. I am in the UK.
