started getting prank calls after telling my daughters x to leave her alone.she and my son get pranked calls for last 2 weeks.

I keep missing their calls, which is annoying because i see this as a great opportunity to amuse myself.  Its only a phone call, after all- none of us here is stupid enough to fall for the scam, and it seems their evasive action prevents their calls from being blocked, so i'll be taking it all with a pinch of salt.  

I'm putting my mobile on loud, and when they next call, i shall answer in a poorly constructed asian accent and before they get a chance, i shall ask them if they need any help with their debts.

I keep getting calls from a number that is +00000000 everytime i answer it beeps and then it cuts off anyone no who or what it is???

Had a call today from this number to say I have problems with my computer. Told him I do not have a computer. Asked if anyone else in the house used a computer. How do you stop these calls, I am on TPS
Also get a lot of private calls as soon as I answer they cut off. Phone company said they could stop all private calls. That is not possible as we get private calls from Doctors and hospitals.

they phoned up telling me that my computer is letting in spam and malware, i fix computers removing this stuff, running a small company quite successfully. Slightly insulting to be told me job but i humoured them. they called themselves one life .com based in america but went quiet when i asked for addresses and names of managers.

Be very careful.

we have been getting harassing calls from india for the past 2 weeks. They know our surname and keep calling and making lurid suggestions. We are on the do not call register but it doesn.t seem to be working. The same call comes each night around 9. Even when my husband answers the guy talks about what he wants to do to me. We,re pretty fed up.

They don't know the IP address and give up.

Just called. Said I won 200 dollar free gas card. knew the last 4 digits of my old atm card. wanted to charge it shipping and handling fees. knew my name and address. creepy!

They phoned twice today . Claiming to be from an IT company and was called James

This number left a recorded message saying it was from Verizon about my broadband account.  They mentioned something about an arrangement I have with them for the 27th which is correct but I don't have a broadband account!  Very strange.
