The number call and hang up

i have been getting calls from +000000000 but i have no idea who this is.my friend answered the phone and was asked for me,when she said i was not available the person hung up!. I have try'd to call this number but my phone says the number is not recognised. What can i do?

called every cell phone at our house... was an automated recording saying they were sorry to inform us that our debit card has been cancelled???

Managed to answer the call today   They was trying to save me money by moving to some obscure telephone company   I managed to waste 25 mins of their time before they eventually gave up    After the abuse he got I hope he has the sence not to call back

Apparently "Windows" - it's not. Hang up.

Called my wife's phone and David said he was from iOS I said apple he said no Microsoft said my computer was sending error reports and they were calling to help. Asked of I was infront of my computer I said no and he hung up. iOS is Microsoft now huh I want them to call back so I can ask more questions.

I read it is poitical, I do not answer but it's annoying.
Can it be stopped?

Sick and tired of these calls

I just got a call from 00000000 at 1033 am.no one answer when said hello. A harassing call. My friend gets it to. What do I do.

I wish these people would stop calling my number.

this number is constantly calling  us and when we answer they always give us abuse:( please make it stop

this very odd number calls and there are  no messages left,when i call back it has an engaged tone.

Still get a lot of calls from this number     If I answer and there is no one speaks I leave the line open until it automatically cuts off     Hopefully that costs them money

Can you stop calls from 000000000? It is most annoying.

These wretched numbers are really becoming a pain, we need to petition our useless Government to end this public nuisance for good.

Nobody wants or needs these calls, we are in the 21st Century BT must be able to stop these calls once they are told the number that calls us.

The only reason that no one will do anything to stop them is because they must all make money from or have a vested interest not to.....................

For the past week i have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone i even answered once - no one is on the line. I dont know why this number keeps calling me.

I have received a '00' call on my mobile, i never answered it as it was only two digits, i find this suspicious
