Had a call from 00000000000 (11 zeros), didn't answer as I'm using my answer machine to screen calls they got to the end of the message before hanging up. As number is not valid not sure if Ofcom can do anything but will report anyway.

I just had this call my house and it was a recorded msg saying hi we thought we would let you know about a government backed scheme to have solar panels installed.. I then put the phone down :-/

Fed up with these people calling me especially 9.0clock on a Sunday morning !
Never answered this number as no message left on answer machine.
After dozen or so of unanswered calls would,nt you think theyd get message and stop calling.

Bloody 'rresearch' that won't stop calling. Anyone who calls from obviously bogus numbers is not to be trusted.

Just had my first from this number: sounds like it is to be one of many. I'm never a slave to my 'phone and, like many others only answer a call if it suits me at that moment. If a call is urgent then the caller should leave a message.
These rubbish calls are best ignored, but they are a pain as, even if you ignore them they still interrupt whatever you're doing to some degree.

This number calls me every other day 3-4 times and I answered today and she new my name and said I was on a website that I'm too young to be on and I wasn't on any websites like that
