The same thing happened to me but when i called back they answered, and said "thanks for your service", then hung up.

same thing here really indian man said "Is this the lady of the house" I said no and then he said  "you are a family member?" I hung up at thios stage. strange number and annoying!!

Had a similar call yesterday. Answered the phone - no one there. Check with caller display - nine zeros.
Checked 1471 - eleven zeros.  I too am registered with TPS, and awaiting a reply!!!

I've had a call from the above number informing me that my pc was infected. The caller instructed me to switch on my pc. I immediately suspected this was a scam, as my pc is protected by Norton and has been working perfectly. I was also suspicious as I saw the strange number on the caller display. I ended the call at once

Guys there is a software out in the market which allows you to call from any number in the world...also 911....u want to dial 999999999 it will do u want to dial 12(4 it will do...its just some people out there who are fooling around.its a free software named caller spoof or smthng like dat...take care

recieved a missed call from this number today so came on here to check it out defo sounds like a scam to me

got several calls from this 0000000000000 number, when i answered there was a indian gent on the other end, claiming to be from a windows company, that deal with corrupted pc issues, claiming i had corruption issues on my pc, when i questioned who they are and requestioned how do i know who you are, they hung up.
The only conclusion i got, is they corrupt your system via internet or cd (games), then call, you to get full access to your system and steal your financial details

Told me I got a grant for $7000 dollars and could get it from Western Union with a one time payment of $290 plus Western Union charges. Told me to go there with just a vaild ID , my phone, and the money oh yeah they told me not to tell anyone.

ok this might sound wierd but i recently applied for a walmart credit card today i recieved an email from GE Capitol Bank with a link to check my determination when i clicked on it it asked for my last 4 digits of my social birthdate zipcode and reference number after i did and hit submit it went to another page and said this does not match are records please call 000000000000 is this a fraud attempt and what can i do about it. i have heard a lot of bad stuff about ge capitol bank on line and also found out that there is a ge india capitol bank lol can anybody trust outsourced credit card companies? with personal info! Amazon customers are angry with ge capitol bank and walmart are using them to. so heads up, do research before applying for credit cards online.
