I used skype to call my son's cell phone and it showed this number.  One can configure skype to show a cell or other number but I have not done so. Therefore, this is the default.  Makes sense.  No valid area code and sequential numbers. So, the calls could be from any skype user, anywhere in the world.

i got a call from this number twice and he claimed to know me the school i went to and that i am in the military then started talking s**t

Same thing happened to my aunt. The person had said that my aunts daughter had kicked the puppy and now is going to sue her for it.

Looking at the posts above I did a research on it and found that the number belongs to SKYPE and people using Skype calls from their Skype ID and bother us. So, the next time you receive a call from this number, just note down the ID Name and complaint at your nearest Police Station. That's the best I can suggest. Thanks.

POS Transactions in Quebec Montreal is now using this number as well. They have been told to stop calling and that we did not order anything, the guy yelled at me the last time, the last two calls have come from this number. Their other number was 866-990-8858. They are trying to claim we ordered paper, supplies etc they have been told numerous times we do not want it, stop calling, this last time the man said a supervisor would call back, it was the same guy !?

Got a call from 0000123456 and when I answered, all they kept saying was "Hello? Hello?

Try the do not call list for land line. For cell there an app on google play to block calls for free. =-O

Have had numerous calls from 0000123456 number is odd.  Not sure who as the number just beeps and hangs up

A  0000123456 is used by SKYPE to make land or cellphone call from a computer. Don't freak out just check your Skype account and see if some of your friends is trying to contact you. If not is used by telemarketers via SKYPE and that sucks!

I did the same thing, It was a weird number calling me, it showed the number +0000123456, so i didn't pick up.

My mobile number isn't connected with my skype account. How would my skype contacts have my mobile number? that is weird!

So we received a call from 000123456 on our cell & didn't answer it after reading all the bad experiences here--though we did note that some users said it was the identifier for an incoming Skype call. Shortly thereafter, our home line rang with a California number--we're in Canada--and it turned out it was a friend using Skype to call. This time he was able to put a number to display when he called our land line.

The call type below did not let us indicate that this was a legitimate call from a person known to us--just via Skype.

Idiots do something like that. Don't worry about it; they just try to freak people out. They are not killing any puppies.

Its from Skype . People set random numbers for themselves and call by the skype credit . Your phone appends leading zeroes to the number.

I Searched itvon true caller and realised that it was from Ohio. United States. No name was mentioned.

I just now got a creepy call from +1 0000123456 when I picked up, whoever was on the other line hung up.  I've never seen this weird number before, what's going on???
