i got a call from this 0011342101, i missed to pick up the call, when i searched this number i got shocked that many people are getting call from this number., what may be the reason

Yeap just happened to me this morning at 5:06am. I'm more curious now that there i've found out it happen to quiet a few people. and no one knows who it is...
Wait i know, its a top secret mind control experiment, what ever u do dont pick up the phone u will be brain washed.!!! hahaha ...
But seriously .. who is it? and why do i have the urge to vote for kevin rudd in the next election?

got about 10 calls from this number since 10pm now 1 am they keep calling and the same thing some jibberish then hang up really need something done about this.

Wow there is a lot of us! I just got a call from 0011342101 enquiring about wedding photography (my profession) on my mobile. It was a guy with a strong accent. I said I'd call him back but I get "sorry there's no answer for the service you are calling. Please try again later." Not sure what to think after reading all your messages. If I hear back - positive or negative - I'll post here.

Just an update. He called me back and when I said I had tried several times to return his call but it was an odd number, so I couldn't get through, he stumbled a bit and hung up. So it's very weird. Good luck everyone. I hope I don't start getting the calls in the middle of the night as well now.

Ok people this number is an internation calling number from USA or UK and once this happens to your phone the person in that country can track your every move and your phone is likely to blow up.

3 missed calls last night from this no; Was wondering who it could be; as am visiting Sydney from UK for 6 wks and have turned off voicemail on UK phone as I get charged lots to take a call or when some1 leaves a msg. Reasuring to see many others had same problem, but frustrating that no straight answer is around as to who/what this no is!!??

Yep got one at 5.34am on a Sunday morning - which woke me up - great!!
If they want to try and sell you something you'd think they'd have the sense not to call you in the middle of the night when you're just going to be groggy and mad. F..kwits. Get a real job.

I GOT SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, ALL THE SAME: SILENT THEN HANG UP.
I GUESS IT FROM OVERSEA OR PEOPLE HERE BY USING INTERNET MAKING PHONECALL OR PHONECARDS FROM LANDLINE. SO WE COULDN'T TRACK BACK.

Just got a call from this number (2:10pm), they said they only speak chinese then started talking in chinese which i don't understand.

I got a call on my cell phone with the same number as every one is talking about and they asked " is this {my full name}" I said yes. then they hanged up.
I tryed to ring the number and as every one else gets  no answer

this numner keeps calling me and its so annoying like 10 times a day they called last night at like 2 am my partner answered and said will call the cops whoo ever this is is really pissing me off and i'm calling telstra to block there calls!!! its ridiculous!!!

had a missed called from this number last night at 9.45pm. Im glad i didnt call back, incase it was a scam. Is it a scam or not?

i got this call twice today, it seems they have my info and  they just start talking in chinese as soon as i talked. i said i had class so they said they'll call back tmr ....wtf is this

I've been having this number call me as well. They have been calling my mobile? so weird.

I'm from the Blue Mountains in Sydney, recieved a call from this number at 4:20am this morning...obviously missed the call as I was trying to sleep! Does anyone have any ideas as to what this number is?
