I have received 13 calls tonight.  I thought it was some emergency call from Skype.  Usually when you use Skype they have random numbers that would appear on the phone.  Then this number, 213 6622 75115, messaged me that he is raouf from algeria.

Kinda of creepy.  I didn't respond back.  I looked up on the internet and found this thread.

+213-770051082 calls once in a couple of months lats call 2013-03-02 @ 08:28 am IST (GMT+5:30). Caling rates to that country is probably qute expensive and may be expecting a callback. Phone companies should not charge for the first 6 seconds of the call.

i keep getting calls from 00213 5687912 claiming to be england claim services based in romford london. clearly a bogus company as they reckon that they can help me get my money back from when i was mis sold insurance pn a loan i had in 2004 and paid off in 2007....none of which even  happened....and they wont take my number off their calling list!!

Yep i got a call from +213 24909 tried to call it back and the number was not recognised .

A missed call at 5.15 local time from +213770156067 is disturbing

Had a call from 00213 551235099 every half hour today to my mobile.....phone identified it as Algiers so I didn't answer and added it to my reject list.  Total of 9 calls so far today.... No messages were left before I rejected it.

I too got calls from +213...(nigera)  this surely is a scam. I belive scammers use the number to make long distance calls. Exercise caution and just ignore such calls. Dont call back as your calls can be routed to other countries for unlimited duratiin for which you  may be billed.

i got a text from 213551828291 they knew my wifes name, when i called back it was a woman talking in what sounded like arabic.

how did they know my wifes name.

Got a call from +213 560950883 at 12:40 in the afternoon. Heared someone saying hallo - hallo, in respond to my hello - hello. Then I hung up. But it's weird.

Hi! I'm from Spain and yesterday I got two calls from +213551369592 at 10.35 pm.

Someone (a man) said "hallo" twice but I thought it was soooo weird, so I hung up and then I blocked the number.

Today a workmate told me that yesterday he received a call from the same number two minutes later than my calls.

I think it's a some kind of fraud...

It's already the second time in a week that i got a call from number 0021357231950. Havent answerd the phone cause i don't reconyse the number. Googled it and can't find anything. I'm living in the netherlands

today I got a call from 00213555121200; it hung up for 42 seconds, first time a call from this code. Surprised at first, but thanx to internet and (of course) all guys here. No worries now.......
