I got a call and the number showed up as 004??? I heard, what appeared to be a radio, like people talking in back ground.

ey I just had that number 004 call me. I didn't answer it 1 because I was in the middle of a poker app hoping it would leave a message or something. Well they didn't so I called it back it rang once then stayed "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect..." So I googled the number and this was the ONLY post about it and u are the ONLY ONE that has written anything about it. So I wanted to ask you what kind of radio did it sounds like? A FM/AM radio or like a scanner radio? And the sound of talking people in the background, was it like a group of voice having different conversations, or like a bunch of voices saying the samething all together? man after seeing only you with the same strange call I really regret not answering. So I hope u read this and can answer my questions. Oh by the was what country do u live in by the way? I live in California USA. Did the number call your house phone or cell phone? Thanks...

I live in Albuquerque NM  and today Friday May 29th at 3:01 pm I got a call on my house phone and it only said 004.  I did not answer and no message was left.

Just got phone call from this number,no message left..

Living in London I got a call from this number. No person on other end of line and number is invalid if you try to ring back. No record anywhere online of this number either. Very strange.

I have just got missed call from 004. Is it Turmekistan number?

I got a call from 004 and it was a hacker saying they were from Microsoft and wanted access to my computer remotely. Saying he was going to deactivate my computers Windows if I don't. I did not cuz I don't believe him. He said his name was mark weitz and he just called me again from 84.

So i just recived a call from this number at about 2014 hrs and all it said was "thank you and good bye" it was like an answering machine.

They called me multiple times. I answered this time and didn't say anything. Finally heard a voice say hello. Sounded more like a recorded female voice.

Called by 004 9235156486 claims to be from bt Indian type accent. Reporting error messages on my router that they say is filling all my devices with junk. This is a scam ,phishing type call as I checked details with bt and they sent all knowledge

On several occasions now and until now I am also receiving this call from this code 004, my friends pls this is 419 tracker, some one who is on by mean to rob us.

Just received a call from this number from someone of Asian decent. I said this was a private number and they should not be phoning it. The person was extremely rude after I challenged them and called me a mother f#@£%r. This I saw only the second nuisance call I’ve had in 18 months. As a rule I don’t give out my number, so how do they obtain this? I’m ex-directory, these people are hackers as I’ve had experience with them before asking you to press certain keys on your computer so they can gain remote access to lock your computer Andy probably want you to send money to unlock it.

I also got a call 0044703437477 all same number with the last 4 changing all the time. Every other day to both cell and home phones. In NZ, I have answered a few times where it is a scammer saying they are from windows and I have a virus on my PC that I do not own. These people are spreading pests.
