I received a call that I had gotten a payday loan back in 2011 and owed 2000 dollars but if I paid it they would settle for 500 and then they called back and said that since I didn’t pay there would be papers served at my home or work Tuesday to go to court. They are also tied to a number with a 206 area code.

No message. Called twice in just over an hour and just hung up when answered.  I've blocked this number now.

004 is the afghanistan country code. It’s a scam, don’t answer it.

I got call a from 004 in the middle of the night at 23:00hr the other person saying he is a family member who recently died. The call was on my phone but was not in the log contact, i try to call again but it was not avail

Saying a foreign country has is taking £600 out of your account unless u press 1 to speak to someone

I got call from 004 number multiple times, I was thinking it's my friend so I say hi to him, then I hear something like 20 year guy in backround.Then they put the phone down.This happend 2 more times,but now they didn't talk...probably scammers

Call stating had cash withdrawal from my  master card visa account ...I'have  no such account

UK. Receiving calls from 004 daily. No mesg left. Calls to home phone always go through answer machine. Lots of scams at the moment. Had the 'taken money from your card' one by robotic mesg via another number. Its getting tiresome. Do they really think we are all so stupid to fall for these scams?

Call from 004 purporting to be Amazon, stating that my Amazon Prime subscription was being increased, and to press 1 to speak to an operator if this was not wanted.  I have never used Amazon Prime. This is the second such call I have received, I put the phone down .

I got a call from 004 saying they were from visa and that two transactions had been made on my card that morning that looked suspicious. It said press one to cancel transactions and press two to proceed . I didn’t do either and it hung up. Soooo wired!

Call from Indian man called Alex..!!! I asked where he was based and he said, uk Street, London. Really, I'm a londoner and told him that doesn't exist. He put phone down.  Ahh, shame.

You'd be surprised to know just how many gullible people DO respond to these calls.
